Research Of The Gateway Node Of Cows Information Collection Based On WSN

The cows'physical conditions of disease and livestock in large-scale intensive farming cases are judged by breeder. so, in this paper gateway node based on WSN which can establish ZigBee wireless sensor network with terminal node , collect information of terminal nodes real-time , communicate with PC through serial and finally realize real-time monitoring of cows'physical information, was studied and developed. The main content and conclusion of this paper is as follow:(1). After analysis of current domestic and international dairy status, cows'information collection gateway node based on WSN was proposed. Considering the Reliability and stability of this design, Samsung S3C2440 EMP was used as the controller of the gateway node, and TI CC2430 was put into use as the wireless communication module, and the pattern of floor adding core board was adopted in hardware design. The system's stability was raised, while the design difficulty was reduced(2). In order to achieve high reliability and low cost, 2440V2 of Guangzhou's TianQian company was used as the core board, backplane circuit consisting of power supply circuit, reset circuit, real-time clock circuit, serial communication interface, USB communication interface and PF circuit based on ZigBee technology was designed in this paper(3). In this design ,embedded Linux development flat was established, and bootloader was transplanted. Embedded Linux was chosen to work as the operating system after analyses and comparison of the embedded operating systems'characteristics, and customization and transplantation was operated. Besides, file system was established by using Busybox, and serial communication program of Linux was developed(4). Protocol stack of ZigBee were studied, and several application programs, such as networking, node adding, node binding, data sending and receiving serial interface communication, and so on was developed in this paper.(5). The experimental result shows that a mesh net can be established by the gateway node and sub nodes can be added into this net.
