Study On The Planting Technique Of Smooth Vetch And Effect Of Combining Application Of Green Manure And Chemical Fertilizer On Nutritient Uptake, Carbon And Nitrogen Metablism Of Tobacco

The best fertilizer way of smooth vetch were studied under pot experiment with "3414" design and found restricted the key factors for the growth, development and nutrient uptake of smooth vetch, the effects of the growth,development and nutrient uptake of smooth vetch,wheat and rape were studied by intercropping, the nutrient release rule in soil and effects of tobaccos' growth, development, nutrient uptake, carbon and nitrogen metabolism were studied by turning under the smooth vetch in fields. Main results are as follows:1 In this experimental conditions, the effects of the application of nitrogen fertilization on the growth and the uptake of N, P and K in smooth vetch, which can fix nitrogen, were not significant. It's better no nitrogen fertilization imposed or a little nitrogen fertilization imposed at seedling stage. The growth and nutrient uptake of smooth vetch were observably improved by the application of phosphorus fertilizer. In contrast to the treatment without phosphorus fertilizer, the yield of smooth vetch was increased 1.28~2.38 times, the nitrogen uptake of smooth vetch was increased 1.05~1.60 times, the phosphorus uptake of smooth vetch was increased 2.45~5.04 times and the potassium uptake of smooth vetch was increased 1.45~2.18 times by the application of phosphorus fertilizer. It's an important means to assure the high yield and high quality of smooth vetch. There is an insignificant effect to the growth and nutrient absorption with the application of potassium fertilizer in the soil with high available potassium content, but the application of a little potassium fertilizer was better for the plant.2 In the bloom stage of smooth vetch, the shoots and roots biomass in wheat and smooth vetch intercropping were significantly higher wheat, rape and smooth vetchs'. The nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation in shoots was characterized as smooth vetch monoculture> smooth vetch intercropping wheat or rape> wheat or rape monoculture, the potassium accumulation in shoots was characterized as smooth vetch monoculture> wheat monoculture> smooth vetch intercropping wheat> smooth vetch intercropping rape> rape monoculture, the organic carbon accumulation in shoots was characterized as smooth vetch intercropping wheat> wheat or smooth vetch monoculture> smooth vetch intercropping rape> rape monoculture. Intercropping pattern were more conducive to increasing of biomass and nutrient accumulation of smooth vetch, wheat and rape in planting density under the same conditions.3 The effect of combining application of different green manure and chemical fertilizers on decrease of pH value in soil were insignificant in contrast to chemical fertilizers, it can help to alleviate soil acidification and can improve the content of soil organic matter, and with higher green manure was significantly greater effect. The content of alkaline hydrolytic nitrogen and available potassium were significantly higher by chemical fertilizer application at early in training, the effect of combining application of different green and chemical fertilizers or green manure application were insignificant and it content close or higher than chemical fertilizers at late in training. The effect of chemical fertilizers on the content of available phosphorus was significant with the passage of time in contrast to the treatment of green manure application or combining application of different green manure and chemical fertilizers and the content in treatment of chemical fertilizers always higher.4 The tobacco growing by treatment of chemical fertilizer obviously better than combining application of different green manure and chemical fertilizers or green manure application and the difference got small gradually with growth promoting of tobacco. The nitrogen content in inferior lobe and middle lobe were highest by the treatment of 75%F+25%G, the nitrogen content in superior lobe were highest by the treatment of 100%F, the phosphorus and potassium content of tobaccos'leaves more higher than others by combining application of different green manure and chemical fertilizers and can improve qualities of tobacco leaves.5 NR activity was increased by combining application of different green manure and chemical fertilizers and the higher green manure in soil, the higher activity in NR, but the protein content was decreased by the application green manure in soil, the strongest Inv and AMS activity and the largest soluble sugar accumulation appeared on the 70th day after transplanted by the treatment of 75% F+25% G..
