Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit, Araceae, perennial herb,and it's tubers are used as medicines, which has the effects of removing dampness, against emesis, removing mass and dispersing the accumulation of the formula, is a Chinese traditional materia medica. The current research on P. ternata is focus on artificial cultivation, virus elimination and rapid propagation, chemical composition, and clinical applications. Because of the destroied Ecological Environment of P. ternata, and people's excessive digging, yield of wild production drop severely; because of its cultivation technology behind and its low coefficient of breeding, Severely restrict expansion of cultivated Pinellia area and economic efficiency. This paper studys on process optimization of tissue culture of artificial tubers of Pinellia, Pinellia tuber generate sub-bud, cultivation tissue material of Pinellia. The results are showed as follows:1 Considering the number of induced artificial tubers and artificial tubers were germination in bottles rate, found that different concentrations of IAA, NAA,6-BA, ABA affect Pinellia callus induced the formation of artificial tubers, 0.1 mg/L IAA best.2 From embryogenic callus induction medium MS+0.1 mg/L IAA+0.2 mg/L ABA +20 g/L PEG+3% Sucrose, the callus subculture to different concentrations of nutrient solution of sucrose by suspension propagation different callus;from fluid medium MS+ 10% Sucrose, the callus subculture to solid medium MS+0.1 mg/L IAA+0.2 mg/L ABA +20 g/L PEG+3% Sucrose conducive to produce artificial tubers;from aseptic seedling induction medium MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+3% Sucrose, the callus subculture to solid medium MS+50 g/L Sucrose can obtain micro-tubers germination rate can reach 60%3. In field the tuber of Pinellia ternata was hurt can produce sub-bud; Indoor Pinellia tuber was cut each into three parts of upper, middle, and bottom, the middle part is most favorable to produce sub-bud,next bottom part, the upper part don't produce sub-bud,and it grows new plants directly.4. Only upper section of Pinellia tuber can produce sub-buds, and upper section placed have little impact; Water content of 30% Vermiculite is most favorable to produce sub-bud,next water content of 20% fine soil, use hormones can promote induction produce sub-bud,, IAA is best,NAA is second,6-BA is third; the diameter of Pinellia tuber of parent have little effect to produce sub-bud; Pinellia tuber has produced sub-buds and trimmed away their sub-buds can significantly increase the production sub-bud again.5. we have a pot experiment of artificial tubers and aseptic seedling of Pinellia to compare biological characteristics of plant growth, material changes and the accumulation of carbohydrates, chlorophyll and other physiological changes find artificial tuber were slightly better than aseptic seedling; Pinellia fertilization experiment find Pinellia relatively strong demand for fertilizer, especially high nitrogen potash demand, followed is by phosphate.
