| In the study, Ziyang community is took as experimental material ,which is widely cultivated in Xixiang county. In order to explore the optimum scheme of improving the soil fertility and the growth of tea with the quality of tree, treated with cow dung, pig manure, chicken manure oil residue using single application and mixed fertilizer with the same content of N.The main results are follows:Soil organic matter and inorganic mineral elements N, P, K is an important indicator to evaluate soil fertility.Treated with cow dung, pig manure, chicken manure and oil residue could improve the soil fertility significantly,and the content of N,K,P and soil organic matter were significantly higher than control treatment.In the single application of treatment, the discrepancy in Organic matter and P content is not significant;the highest N content was the soil treated with oil residue,137.63mg/kg,35.82%higher than control treatment; the highest K content was the soil treated with chicken manure ,133.41mg/kg higher,31.87% higher than control treatment.Mixed fertilizer treatment were significantly higher than the single application of the treatment.Organic matter of tea garden soil with 0-20cm layer was increased by 112.1%, nitrogen was increased by 78.36%, available P was increased by 177.11%, available K was increased by 70.63%;Organic matter with 0-20cm layer was increased by 98.82%, nitrogen was increased by 151.53%, available P was increased by 66.87%, available K was increased by 48.13%; Soil organic matter was with 40-60cm layer increased by 109.14%, nitrogen was increased by 174.13%, available P was increased by 56.9%, available K was increased by 56.91%.Only in acidic soil can tea grow normally ph value of tea Garden soil make an impotent effect in the growth of tea. The most appropriate pH value suitable for the growth of tea is 4.5-6.5.The average pH value of Tea Garden in Xixiang with 0-20cm soil is 6.35; the average pH value with 20-40cm soil layer is 5.81; the average pH with 40-60cm soil layer is 6.10, Tea Garden soil in Xixiang is suitable for tea growth.Experiment showed that cattle manure treatment, manure treatment and chicken manure reduced soil pH , oil residue treatment increased the soil pH. Soil ph with mixed fertilizer was not reduced significantly.Xixiang garden soil bulk density is 1.42g/cm~3.Soil bulk density range of tea garden is 1.0-1.2g/cm.Different organic fertilizer treatments significantly reduced the soil bulk density, Soil bulk density with Chicken manure treatment and organic fertilizer of blending four types is1.14g/cm~3 and 1.18cm~3, soil bulk density reached a range of high yield of tea garden. Tea garden soil with cattle manure treatment and fertility mixed with cattle manure, chicken manure, pig manure, oil residue content the highest soil moisture which increased by 36.37%,65.94%compared with the control treatment.Germination rate of tea buds and the weight of 100 bud are important indexs for Judging tea tree growth . They are alse the main factors of assessing tea yield. Experiment showed that mixed fertilizer of cattle manure, pig manure, chicken manure, oil residue and mixed fertilizer with cattle mature, pig manure, chicken manure are best treatment of increasing germination rate of tea buds . Mixed fertilizer of cattle manure, pig manure,chicken manure, oil residue and mixed fertilizer with cattle mature, pig manure,oil residue are best treatment of increasing the weight of 100 buds .The weight of 100 buds of one and a bud of two treatment were increased by 74.1% and 71.5%,;The weight of 100 buds of a bud and two leaves were increased by 50.85 and 49.8%.Water extracts, polyphonies, caffeine, amino acids are the main contents of tea ingredients, but also evaluation of the main indicators of quality of tea. From the point of water extracts , mixed fertilizer of cattle manure, pig manure,chicken manure, oil residue and chicken manure fertilizer contain the highest water extracts,significantly higher than other treatments. The effect of mixed fertilizers treatments are significantly higher than single application treatment.Tea with treatment of mixed fertilizers with three kinds of organic fertilizers contain higher water extracts than mixed fertilizers with two kinds of organic fertilizers,but not significantly.From point of contents of polyphonies, amino acids, caffeine , results showed that nitrogen in the same amount of nitrogen, polyphonies, caffeine, amino acids and water extracts with the single organics and mixed organic fertilizers treatment were significantly increased ,Phenol ammonia ratio decreased. Mixed organic fertilizer treatment caimprove the quality of tea significantly. |
