| According to the identification and drug sensitive analysis of mastitis pathogen in dairy cows in order to supply the foundation about clinical diagnose, prevention and cure for mastitis in dairy cows.433 milk samples were collected from 32 big cattle farm in shanghai, including 95 samples are positive clinical mastitis .88 milk samples were found are recessive positive by detecting the rest 338 clinical normal milk samples.268 isolates which were taken pathogenic identification and analysis about resist to drug were obtained from 433 milk samples. The results indicate mastitis in dairy cows is still mostly infected by Staphylococcus, and all isolates are strongly resist to common antibacterial drug. |
