For a large number of human health and animal breeding antibiotics, most often to usedrugs or metabolites. Form along with the feces discharge. Use of antibiotics in sewage plantwater content was high, resulting in surface water pollution by antibiotics. Scale farm containsantibiotic animal manure is usually used as organic fertilizer application. Therefore, antibioticand large amounts of everfount into the environment, resulting in soil and vegetables plantpollution. There has been extensive attention of antibiotic residues in animal food pollution.Recently about vegetables and other plant food antibiotic pollution and health risks also beginsto cause people to pay attention to. Quinolone is person cultivate common antibiotics, in thePearl River Delta region of soil in vegetable base is generally positive, need furtherdevelopment of quinolone antibiotics pollution in vegetable research. Therefore, this paperimproves the quinolone antibiotics in vegetables by high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method, was studied using pot experiment ofvegetable of quinolone antibiotics in the absorption and accumulation of control measures. Themain conclusions are as follows:(1) Established a more convenient and reliable analysis method of4fluoroquinoloneantibiotic determination in fresh vegetables with high performance liquidhromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).4kinds of quinolones invegetables the recovery rate was83.1-102.5%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was0.8-8.0%, the detection limit is0.003-0.199μ g/kg, limit of quantitation of0.009-0.662μ g/kg.(2) in stems and leaves of potted vegetables quinolone antibiotics detection rate higherthan94.12%. Blank soil vegetableΣ QNs in the range of2.89~26.02μ g/kg, contaminatedsoil vegetableΣ QNs in the range of41.01~273.84μ g/kg. Cabbage4quinolone antibioticsaverage content of norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin>> enrofloxacin> lomefloxacin (3.35μ g/kg).Two hearts to reduce antibiotic content measures have added modified zeolite and organicfertilizer A. Potted vegetable root residue of quinolone antibiotics detection rate higher than93.18%. Pollution of soil in vegetable root mean QNs content (39.27~66.72μ g/kg) than theblank in the soil (0.92~1.58μ g/kg) high.(3) as a result of modified zeolite has strong adsorption action, so the antibiotics in soilwith high content of organic fertilizer, and A is helpful to promote the degradation of microbial activity of antibiotics, so the application of organic fertilizer in soil with low content of Aantibiotics. Blank control in potting soil, quinolone antibiotics content in the range of2~149.39μ g/kg; contaminated soil content in the range of1.94~17.32mg/kg.(4) soil pollution level for10mg/kg the control measures on4kinds of fluoroquinoloneantibiotic BCFs lower than those in blank control group, the cut vegetables contents ofantibiotic in two control measures: adding modified zeolite and organic fertilizer A enrichmentcoefficient and transfer coefficient of low.
