Abstract/Summary:
Rapid economic and social development has led to the sharp increase in demand for natural resources, Make cities facing huge pressure of population, resources and environment, The resulting economic and social impact of sustainable development and ecological safety problems. This research area for Changsha city. Including by Yianxin district, Yuhua district, Furong district, Kaifu district and intensity, Changsha city in 2008 were owned woodland 127.48km2', Cultivated land 157.27km2. At present, the research area in the high-speed economic development, population pressure increasing urbanization, accelerating the finished the rapid expansion of urban period, Human activities on the environmental disturbance seems particularly outstanding. Therefore, the choice of economic and social development of Changsha rapid for the study of core zones, With remote sensing image as the main source, Based on RS and GIS technology, In the study area city land use changes and forest land change, makes a deep analysis of the driving force, Main obtain the following understanding and results:(1)Urban land use space-time evolution to strength significantly, Construction land constantly devour woodlands and cultivated land as the main feature. From 2000 to 2008 woodlands and cultivated land area continues to decline, Woodland reduced 12.15km2, Cultivated land reduced70.26km2, Reduced woodlands and cultivated land main conversion to urban construction land. In the study period urban construction land increased81.66km2, Reflects urbanization and cultivated land to forest has important implications.(2) Two time study area transition probability matrix differences between significantly,2004-2008 woodlands and cultivated land turn a probability significantly greater than from 2000 to 2004. A time before the rate of forestland turn out is 0.99%, After a time for forestland turn out rate is 7.79%. A time before the rate of cultivated land turn out is 6.56%, After a time rate of transferred out26.92%, Later urban construction land into rate significantly greater than previous urban construction land into rate,59.21% and 12.31% respectively.59.21% and 12.31% respectively, This study late with Changsha have important relationship finished expanded rapidly.(3)Changsha city land utilization degree composite index rate from high to low are respectively:Yuhua is 10.56%,Tianxin is 7.53%,Yuelu is 7.02%,Kaifu is 5.62%,Furong is 4.93%; Woodland reducing area and high to low respectively:Yuhua is 3.53km2,Tianxin is 2.99km2,Yuelu is 2.73km2,Kaifu is 2.5km2,Furong is 0.4km2, Through the forest areas decreases with the comparative analysis, Draw forestry area reduction and regional land use a positive correlation degree index variation.(4)Changsha city district forest land change, including difference woodland reduce Yuhua most, Reduced 3.53km2, Furong district woodland reduce least, Reduced 0.4km2.(5)Select from 2000 to 2008 Changsha natural and social factors, Change in woodland related analysis and principal component analysis. Natural factors of forestland change influence is not obvious, Woodland change is mainly affected by GDP, Fixed asset investment, Year-end total population, Per capita net income, Financial expenditure, Industrial production in the social economic factors influence the six. The principal component analysis can be summed up as the six factors of economic development level, urban infrastructure level, population growth condition and so on three main component.
