Trial Research On The Small Straw Burying And Mud-liquid Mixing Equipment For The Machine Of Straw Back Into Field Using In Paddy Field

Among the technologies of the straw multipurpose use, the straw back into the field by mechanization is the simplest and cheapest method. But the most being used machines are the professional or the rotary tillage by using the special blades. So a secondary equipment is put forward and directly installed to the rotary tillage for straw back into the field. And also the experiments will be conducted to validate the feasibility of this equipment.The idea is coming from the harrow using in paddy field, so break the harrow blade into small ones and then install the small one to each blade outlet attached to each rotary blade. So it is feasibility in theory.The performance test was conducted to validate the compliance with enterprise standard. Results indicate that the safety, work quality and reliability are all satisfied the requirements of enterprise standard.Also the comparison tests were conducted between the prototype and the other 17 machines used for straw back into field. Depth is 13.6cm, depth uniformity is 85.1%, planeness is 1.5cm, covering ratio is 87.4%, these four indexes are nearly at the medium level;The consumed power per work width is 8.50kW/m and at the best level,and the consumed fuel per hectare is at the second level, and so these data indicate that the design of small straw burying and mud-liquid mixing equipment is feasibility and the rotary tillage installed the equipments is satisfied with the using requirements.
