Chinese medicine is one of the treasures in China. Have been on prevention, it is also played an important role. Pesticides is one of important safeguards in Chinese medicine to grow, production, processing and transit. But, Once one part of those links in Chinese medicine is polluted, it will not only cause effects in the production and the quality of medicines and also give patients with the potential threat, moreover, it will affect the environment, the value of imports and exports, and so on, therefore its impact should not be ignored. With the development of our traditional Chinese medicine, the pesticide residue problem is a problem to be solved urgently.Imidacloprid is a new kind of extensive insecticide that be replaced by chloric in nicotine and t can be absorbed into the body. Toxicity in stomach and tag role are prominent. Its mechanism is different from the other insecticides, that they won' t agaist with each other. Beacuse of its high efficiency, low poisonousness, extensive insecticide controlling spectrum and its long-lasting effect, imidacloprid is a widespread use, but it will bring the pollution of environment and traditional medicines. Therefore, establish a simple and efficient imidacloprid monitoring technologies is necessary.In this study,we discuss the imidacloprid residue in honeysuckle, and it includes three parts:Determination of Imidacloprid residue; the research of pretreatment methods in honeysuckle; the dynamic research of Imidacloprid in honeysuckle.The first part is Determination of Imidacloprid residue, It combines a solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography, and establishes a rapid analysis of medicine in the detection of pesticide imidacloprid. The main contents of the pre-treatment of honeysuckle, the standard curve, precision, recovery and other methods studies.The second part is the study of pretreatment of honeysuckle, In the sample preparation process, we consider the amount of column packing and the ultrasonic time, the amount and proportion of eluent factors in order to choose the best method of pre-treatment.The third part is Honeysuckle in the dynamics of imidacloprid residues, we examined the different situations of Imidacloprid in time for the medicine's safety and provide scientific basis for the formulation of imidacloprid in the ingredients harvested in the interval of the security of important guiding significance.Honeysuckle residues of imidacloprid less at home and abroad, this study refer to the relevant information, using solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography combination of honeysuckle, experiments show that the method is sensitive and simple operation, high extraction recovery and high precision, which can meet the honeysuckle in a simple and accurate analysis of imidacloprid needs; Dynamic investigation of imidacloprid, as honeysuckle provide the basis for planting and harvesting, has important practical value.
