The Research On Benefit Analysis And Comprehensive Treatmenting For The Problems Of Sediment In Shandong Province WeiShan Yellow River Diversion Project Irrigated Area

According to the actual situation of WeiShan irrigation area, this paper focused on the water resources utilization of WeiShan irrigation region, the present situation and variation of its ecological environment, the status and deposition rule of its sediment deposition. The Yellow River diversion project of WeiShan irrigation comprehensive management mode was put forward firstly in this paper. The main resluts obtained were as follows:1) Highland management mode; 2) Mode of village relocation and basic facilitie; 3) Mode of west sand transport canal reconstruction project; 4) Mode of things connect settling basin canal; 5) Mode of settling basin expansion.The economic index achieved by this item was as:EIRR=17.07%; EBCR=1.24; ENPV=6658.91 ten thousand yuan. The computational result suggested that EIRR>12%; EBCR>1; ENPV>0. The result obtained will extend the useage periods from 5 years to more than 30 years, settleing the sediment problem.According to principles of people-oriented, harmonious society construction, improvment of rgional ecologic environment conditions, elimination of pool imbalance development, maintaining of social stability, harmonious development of equilibrium condition, this paper puts forward adjusting agricultural development and irrigation ideas in order to alleviate the farmers demand for land contradiction in WeiShan irrigation area, promote the Yellow River diversion pool from the basic improvement production, improve the conditions of living and mass ecological environment, narrow the gap between irrigation and economic development. The result has practical significance on the Yellow River irrigation areas downstream of the Yellow River, but also has reference value for the development of other types of irrigation.
