Soil is the base of terrestrial ecosystems. Soil health is crucial for human surviving and sustainable development. The research on soil health is important to terrestrial ecosystems. This paper researched seasonal dynamics of different age; depth Chinese Fir soil of huangfengqiao national forest farms, through of the reach of chemical properties; enzyme activity and microbe quantity, and prepared experimental results with index system, main results are as follows:(1)PH value of summer soil is lower than other seasons. non-rhizosphere soil is higher than rhizosphere. PH value decreased following with age of Chinese Fir and depth of soil.(2)Seasonal variation of organic matter exhibits a trend of higher-lower-higher-higher. rhizosphere soil is higher than non rhizosphere, and it become more and more following with the increase of age.(3) Seasonal variation of hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium exhibits a trend of lower-higher-lower-higher. The content of hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus in rhizosphere soil is higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil, the content of available potassium is lower than that in non-rhizosphere soil. Hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium exhibit a trend of lower-higher-lower following with the increase of age.(4)Seasonal variation of respiratton exhibits a trend of higher- lower-higher-lower, rhizosphere soil is higher than non-rhizosphere soil, respiratton increase following with the increase of age.(5) Seasonal variation of bacteria actinomycetes microorganism amount ammonifying bacteria exhibits a trend of lower-higher-lower-lower, content in rhizosphere soil is higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil, that exhibits a trend of lower-higher-lower following with the increase of age, the content of fungi in rhizosphere soil is higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil, it did not exhibits a obvious trend in other aspects.
