This study aimed at the problems of organic vegetables planting, such as the lower of crop yield, soil nutrient fertility dropped and so on, which induced by unreasonable fertilization. A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of biogas residues and Home-made organic older application on yield of vegetables, so as to Establish the reasonable fertilizing application. The study selected three kinds of local common planting organic vegetables(crops) such as cabbage, radish, soybean that was open-air cultivation. Though different fertilizer fertilization such as small fertilization, habit fertilizer, excessive fertilizer (the proportion was 1:2:3), there different fertilizer models about potassium organic chicken manure, organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and homemade organic liquid manure as additional fertilizer, organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and biogas as additional fertilizer had been researched in the organic vegetables planting about organic vegetables production, the balances of Nutrient N, P, K in the systems of organic vegetables planting and the soil's nutrient's dynamic change. the main research results were as follows:(1) organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and homemade organic liquid manure as additional fertilizer could highly significant improve leaf vegetables yield such as cabbage, soybean but the production of root vegetables could not reached significant level, comparing with potassium organic manure. Comparing with only potassium organic chicken manure, the mode of fertilizer that was organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and homemade organic liquid manure as additional fertilizer could respectively increased radish, cabbage, soybean with12.3%,13.1%,1.9%in the conventional fertilizer; Comparing with only potassium organic chicken manure, the mode of fertilizer that was organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and biogas as additional fertilizer could respectively increased radish, cabbage, soybean withl.7%,10.0%,13.4%in the conventional fertilizer(2) The balance of N, P, K in the nutrient organic farming system:in the conventional condition, comparing with potassium organic chicken manure, the inputs of the nutrient by organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and homemade organic liquid manure or biogas as additional fertilizer was more close to nutrient outputs. The nutrient (N, P, K) balance coefficient of turnip cropping systems was respective by 0.89,1.34, 0.90; The nutrient (N, P, K) balance coefficient of cabbage cropping systems was respective by 0.91,1.28,0.82; The nutrient (N, P, K) balance coefficient of soybean cropping systems was respective by 1.03,1.73,0.70. So Chinese cabbage and soybeans planting process needs to increase the potash nutrient inputs.(3) The dynamic change of soil nutrients in organic vegetables planting before and after:in the conventional condition and the mode of fertilizer that was organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and homemade organic liquid manure as additional fertilizer, the dynamic change of SOM in organic vegetables (radish, cabbage, soybean) planting before and after was2.53%,2.40%,7.17%; the dynamic change of soil total nitrogen in organic vegetables (radish, cabbage, soybean) planting before and after was 1.68%, 0.90%,12.33%; the dynamic change of soil effective phosphorus in organic vegetables (radish, cabbage, soybean) planting before and after was 9.23%,79.16%,23.57%; the dynamic change of rapidly-available potassium in organic vegetables (radish, cabbage, soybean) planting before and after was 4.02%,-11.76%,-7.35%.By comprehensive consideration of the organic vegetable yield, the balance of N, P, K nutrient, the dynamic change of soil nutrients and other factors, the study resulted that 7500 kg/hm2 organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and 10000 kg/hm2 homemade organic liquid manure as additional fertilizer that converted nutrient for N127.95 kg/hm2, P2O569.15 kg/hm2, K2O51.45 kg/hm2 was the ideal mode that turnip production of organic fertilizer combinations; that 30000 kg/hm2 organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and 225000 kg/hm2 homemade organic liquid manure as additional fertilizer that converted nutrient for N298.28 kg/hm2, P2O5244.16 kg/hm2, K2O210.41 kg/hm2 was the ideal mode that cabbage production of organic fertilizer combinations; that 6000 kg/hm2 organic chicken manure as basic fertilizer and 15000 kg/hm2 homemade organic liquid manure as additional fertilizer that converted nutrient for N100.13 kg/hm2, P2O578.95 kg/hm, K2O80.78 kg/hm2 was the ideal mode that soybean production of organic fertilizer combinations. Also, In the cabbage, soybeans organic vegetables planting, we suggest that it must increase K nutrients input such as plant ash,mineral potassium and so on, so as to improve the yield of cabbage and soybean.
