The research of tree layer carbon storage is a great significance to the carbon cycle. The paper was used the three periods of the inventory of forest resources data and information in YongChun 2000, 2005 and 2010, and used the conversion factor continuous function method, to estimate the stand and the dynamic changes of YongChun forest carbon. analysis from three aspects: the forest type, age group and each villages, and focuses on the dynamic change of characteristics of carbon storage in each villages. From 2000 to 2010, the forest area, forest biomass and carbon storage, carbon density have a significantly gradually increase trend in YongChun. Forest carbon storage from 11.2941×10~5 Mg·C rose to 13.9270×10~5 Mg·C; Carbon density from 17.6387 Mg.C/ hm~2 rose to 20.4891 Mg.C/ hm~2. The carbon storage capacity of Each forest types is constantly increasing, timber forest carbon storage increased by 34.34%, the Fuelwood forest carbon reserves fell by 22.18%, the protected forest carbon reserves increased by 16.35%, and the special purposed forest carbon reserves growth of 8.97%. Each age groups carbon storage were not increase with the increase of age group, but the tree layer carbon density were increase with the increase of age. Except only a little individual villages, the most of the villages carbon reserves are rising, the carbon storage of Yidou village is the largest, and the carbon storage of Waishan village was growing fastest. The villages stand density carbon are rising and the growth rate is more evenly. Then do the dynamic of the Cluster Membership of the characteristics of carbon storage in each villages. At last, the article from plantation age, plantation area, the forest types, volume per area, stand growth environment, human activities, forestry policies and forestry planning in research to discusses the influence factors of carbon storage. That if only consider the presence of these variables, the older of the age, the greater of the carbon density; the larger of the forest area, the greater of carbon storage; the growth cycle of different forest types show different characteristics of the carbon density and carbon storage; the larger of volume per area, the larger accumulation of carbon density and greater carbon storage; stand growth environment is suitable, the greater the carbon density, which at higher altitudes, the smaller the carbon density; more population lead smaller carbon storage and carbon density ; forestry policy area of forest and forestry planning a greater impact, thereby affecting carbon storage. Although the characteristics of forest carbon stocks in recent years, estimates of the rapid development in the international arena, but how to estimate the value of carbon storage estimates and characteristics of the process still have many difficulties, the article discussed these possible biases .
