Combined with the seedling management and florescence regulation of Phalaenopsis, we regulate the florescence respectively using the plant growth regulator PP333 and 6-BA in this paper. And we discuss the promotion of its application. The main results are as follows:1. The result of seedling management and florescence regulation shows that:1) We cultivate robust Phalaenopsis seedlings by reasonable regulation of suitable temperature, adequate light, proper fertilizer and other environmental factors; 2) Giving different formulations and different levels of fertilizer during flower bud differentiation to robust Phalaenopsis seedlings in relatively high light and low temperature, the Phalaenopsis can take out highquality flowers.2. The result of influence of PP333 on the length of peduncle shows that:1) Taking the treatment prior to the pumping of peduncle, the number of flowers will usually reduce and the phenomenon of no peduncle also appears although you can shorten the peduncle. They are not suitable for commercial production of potted plants; 2) Taking the treatment when it is 10cm or so can effectively shorten the peduncle and increase the number of flowers.10mg/L,200mg/L treatments can also increase the number of branches. They are more suitable for potted Phalaenopsis after the treatment; 3) Taking the treatment when it is 20cm or so can mainly shorten the peduncle with little negative impact on other aspects; 4) Taking the treatment when it is 30cm or so limitedly shorten the peduncle from the perspective of potted plants. Therefore more satisfactory results can be obtained treating Phalaenopsis'Wedding' with 50-100mg/L of the PP333 when it is 10cm-20cm.3. The result of influence of 6-BA on the number of flowers shows that:1) When peduncle is about 25 cm and only one flower bud is present, the effect is little in increasing the number of tested varieties of flowers; 2) Peduncle of 6 flower buds visible is the best time to perform 6-BA treatment. All concentration treatments (50,100,150,200,250,300mg/L) increase the number of flowers compared to the control experiment; 3) The 6-BA security concentration levels of different varieties of Phalaenopsis are different.'Firebird'can adapt to 300mg/L concentration. 'sunrise'is safe within the 100mg/L concentration with no withered bud; 4) The 6-BA security concentration levels of different varieties of Phalaenopsis are different within different temperature regions. For 'sunrise', low temperature at higher concentration levels such as 150,200,250 mg/L are safe while the withered bud appears at the high temperature. Therefore the treatment with 50-100mg/L 6-BA when peduncle of 6 flower buds visible can safely and effectively increase the number of flowers.On this basis, we conclude the seedling management and florescence regulation of Phalaenopsis and discuss the prospects of its application.
