Siraitia grosvenorii(Swingle)C.Jeffrey is a dioeciousm plant belonged to Siraitia in Cucurbitaceae, which is the special economic plant of GuangXi. The study was carried out the analysis of the influences of pollination, fertilization, pruning, ectohormone and bagging on plant growth, external fruit quality, internal fruit quality and so on during fruit growth and development. Meanwhile, the analysis of the influences of CA storage on quality and physiological changes of postharvest fruit. The main results were as follows:1, Through investigating the fruits which pollinated by tetraploid and low germination rate of pollen and of different size. As a result:fruit growth especially fruit volume was closely correlated with seed number, seed weight and Seed arrangement.2, Compared F018, F020, F050 different varieties Siraitia grosvenorii which were cultivated in flat ground of nanning of plants growth and fruit quality. As a result:F018 which appropriate hardness and peel thickness was earliest florescence, lowest fruit sets, lowest mosaic virus morbidity of three varieties, while the total and reducing sugars content, mogroside V content were the highest. So F018 was the most suitable variety which was Cultivated.3, To take fertilization, pruning, ectohormone and bagging as index, This article introduces orthogonal design into cultivation and designs an orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels to sift out the optimized combination. To sift out the optimized combination for external fruit quality: fertilization:800g; branch:27; GA3:30mg/L; bagging:kraft paper. To sift out the optimized combination for mogroside V content:fertilization:600g; branch: 36; GA3:90mg/L; bagging:kraft paper.4, With 40d and 60d of fruit F020 as trial materials, We used CA storage 5%CO2,15%CO2,30%CO2 under normal temperature, compared with storage in the air of siraitia grosvenorii. The results showed that CA storage condition could alleviate the reduction of weight and firmness, the best C.A. storage condition were 5% CO2. The CA storage for yong fruit of siraitia grosvenorii prompted the decomposition of the sucrose content, inhibit the decline of reducing sugar content, while delayed the accumulation of mogroside V content.
