Making use of animal manure, Heilongjiang Province strives to develop biogas business, to complete biogas project construction of 180,000 households in scale, which achieves new breakthroughs.However, reuse of biogas liquid and dregs is far behind, and there are 90% biomass pools that can not continue to use due to dregs discharge and liquid outlet.The comprehensive utilization of biogas dregs and biogas liquid has become the technology's bottleneck problem which is of critical importance, because there are not practical and effective uses of technologies.After being fermented completely, biogas liquid is rich in nutrient substance needed by kinds of crops, thus it is suitable for foliage spray and the effect is better than chemical fertilizer.On this basis, screen and compound PGPR into the biogas liquid to form organic biogas liquid bio-fertilizer.Organic biogas liquid bio-fertilizer is a functional bio-fertilizer including nutrition, growth and biocontrol.By making 12 screens and processing of the strains of the thesis that come from Russia, Argentina, the USA and China, I have obtained the following research achievements:Spaying soybeans with 12 processed PGPR, it can be concluded:it has no obvious effect on the plant height of soybean, but more obvious effect on the average dry weight of soybean with the increase range between 0.89 g/plant to 6.76 g/plant.It can reduce sterile grain rate of soybean which makes soybeans with 1 pod and unripe soybeans decrease obviously, soybeans with 2~4 pods increase.It can increase 100-grain weight of soybeans, meanwhile, increase production obviously with the rate between 9.35% and 31.10%.The research result of spraying corns showed: compared with unprocessed soybeans, ear length, ear diameter and ear weight increased.Yield increased between 0.57% and 5.61%.Spraying with organic biogas liquid bio-fertilizer makes the number of each main microbial groups and activity of soil increase obviously.Especially for the corns, the numbers of microbial groups increased 5 times.Spraying organic biogas liquid bio-fertilizer can increase chlorophyll content of each plant, increase and lengthen group population photosynthesis, increase chlorophyll content SPAD content of soybean, rice and corn, increase the grain numbers of corns and total number of pods of soybean to a great extent, increase 100-grain weight of soybeans and corns, thus increase the yield of the crops.Applying spraying and maturing with organic biogas liquid bio-fertilizer, the results on trial of rice showed that the relative electrical conductivity, soluble sugar and free proline of the plants all increase to some extent.Spraying with organic biogas liquid fertilizer, the content of vitamin C of chili fruit reached 78.28 mg/kg, increased by 31% compared with processing CK, and the extent of soluble sugar increased by 32.4%.Sprayed with organic biogas liquid bio-fertilizer on them, tomatoes'content of vitamin C was increased by 46.6%, and the content of soluble sugar increased by 45%.Spraying with organic biogas liquid bio-fertilizer, the content of vitamin C of cucumbers was increased by 56.8%, and the content of soluble sugar increased by 84.2%.
