Dry mycelium of Penicillium chrysogenum(DMP) is a by-product of astaxanthin, it was obtained after high temperature inactivation. Results of previous studies showed that the mycelium of Penicillium inactivated not only promote crop growth, but also can effectively control crop diseases.In our laboratory in three different regions of the different time periods vaccination TMV tobacco subjected to different concentrations of Penicillium inactivated mycelium (DMP),and then proceed to the condition index survey and found that the control effect is obvious.This study in order to further explore the mechanism go to disease-resistant, so do the same treatment. The first was test DMP with different concentration of tobacco,then determine the change of enzyme activity of chitinase and0-1,3-glucan. And salicylic acid and water were used as positive control and negative control. In finding the best deal after concentration, in Greenhouse of different treatment time after vaccination with TMV test, in order to get the best treatment time At the same time in the laboratory the greenhouse were different concentration of DMP root dip processing, detection of tobacco within the PR-1gene expression level test, find the root soaking with optimum concentration. Then the optimal concentration of DMP root immersion treatment of tobacco, at different times and in different spatial distribution to detect the expression of PR-1gene of tobacco test. The results show that:(1)7.5%of Penicillium inactivated mycelium (DMP) processing, in all cases, the most persistent, and the enzyme activity of chitinase and β-1,3-glucan continuity of the most Well, the highest activity.(2) PR-1in the0.4%expression of the DMP is the highest.(3) PR-1is using0.4%DMP to process the5d expression quantity to be highest.(4) PR-1in useed0.4%DMP to process5d the lower part leaf expression quantity to be highest.The synthesis looked DMP can enhance in effectively the tobacco pr-1expression quantity and chitinase and β-1,3-the glucosan enzyme vigor, moreover DMP has the ambiguity, namely when low concentration has the promoter action, but instead will later have the suppression effect in certain density.
