Genetic diversity is the basis of the ecosystem diversity and species diversity, and an important component of biodiversity. In this study, polymorphism of 212 Bred flue-cured tobacco varieties were analyzed with SRAP markers.10649 samples were amplified by 428 sites from 16 pairs of primers, and there ware 410 Polymorphism sites,PPB ware 95.79%.Popgene 1.32 software showed that:The Observe alleles number of Bred flue-cured tobacco was 1.96,higher than all parents, and effective number of allele was 1.14,between the parents. Mean genetic distances of Bred flue-cured tobacco was 0.6562,lower than genetic distances of some parents, but higher than mean genetic distances of all parents. It is indicated that Bred flue-cured tobacco had the more genetic diversity.Taxa partition testing by Structure 2.2 sofeware show that there were 14 partmetenters when K=13. Combined with Principles of Plant Breeding, putting forward some personal strategy for the development of Bred flue-cured tobacco genetic diversity through genetic diversity and the genetic structure analyse.
