With the development of the livestock industry, the pollution caused by the pig manure havebecome increasingly prominent and we pay more attention on the bio-fermentation bed, Choosing thematerial of fermatation is the key problem restricting the development of industry because of risingprice of the sawdust and rice husk. In this study, we focus on the effect of replace sawdust and rice huskby agricultural waste in bio-fermentation bed. The results showed as follow:(1):Using9litter groups: group1(mushroom slag+sawdust+rice husk), group2(mushroomslag+peanut shell), group3(mushroom slag+weeds), group4(mushroom slag+rice straw),group5(bagasse+sawdust+rice husk), group6(bagasse+rice husk),group7(sawdust+rice husk+rice straw),group8(peanut shell+rice straw+rice husk), group9(peanut shell+sawdust+rice husk) in simulationof fermentation bed,the results showed that group1, group5, group8were the best, the temperaturecan achieve to the sanitary standard for the non-hazardous treatment of night soil requirements, thegermination index were127.04%,119.49%and114.16%, respectively, fuzzy comprehensive evaluationshowed that they can degradation of pig manure fast. The mushroom slag and bagasse can use as litter.(2)Screening microbial agent in litter showed that: zero-pollution I is the best, the temperature canachieve to60℃in short time and can keep in50℃for8d,7d, the germination index were136.28%(group A),136.74%(group B). The fuzzy comprehensive assessment evaluation showed thatthey can degradation of pig manure fast.(3) Using replace litter in leaking floor fermentation bed showed that:using "zero I" microbialagent with group1or group5as a litter, the temperature can achieve to harmless requirements, they canprovid a clean, non-odor, non-mosquitoes and comfortable environment and non-harm to pig. Afterusing, the litter can be use as biological organic fertilizer, two groups organic matter were51.01%and46.97%, total nutrient were6.35%and7.2%, the fecal coliforms were40cfu/g and79cfu/g, mortalityof ascarid egg were exceed95%, respectively.(4) The microbial diversity in litter showed that microbial diversity index became lower with usingtime, while number of the superior microbial increasing.
