With the development of the livestock industry, the pollution caused by pig manure and polluted water have become increasingly prominent and we pay more attention on the bio-fermentation bed. The Traditional material of bio-fermentation is sawdust and rice husk, choosing the material of bio-fermentation is the key problem restricting the development of industry because of rising price of the sawdust and chaff. In this study, we selected the resource-rich and low-cost material with coal, rice husk, corn straw as raw material for research. Through the analysis of physical and chemical indicators, Simulation of bio-fermentation bed to get the best litter combination. The results showed as follow:1. The organic matter content of rice husk, sawdust, peat, corn straw were56.42%,72.93%,54.97%,69.52%,respectively. Total nitrogen content were0.78%,0.16%,1.53%,0.96%, saw significant difference compared with the other kind (P<0.05); the maximum water holding capacity were92.4g/kg,242.7g/kg,197.5g/kg,313.6g/kg, corn straw, rice husk minimum; permeable time were9min,64min,49min,27min, rice husk at least; the pH value of peat a minimum of5.6.2. The fermentation simulated test results show that the5groups were able to complete the entire fermentation process. The duration of high temperature was2-4d. The A and B groups reached the highest temperature of58.6℃and55.1℃in two days. The highest temperature of E group is only43.3℃. A and C and D group of more than40℃sustained for4d. In the process of fermentation, Each experimental group moisture content decreases, E group of water drops quickly.5groups of total nitrogen and organic quality than the initial decrease.
