Investigation On The Phenophase And Effect On Growth Of Smallanthus Sanchifauus With Different Hilling In Lueyang

Smallanthus sanchifalius (Syn.: Polymnia edulis, P. sonchifolia) is a perennial plant, which can growto1.5m~3.0m high. Smallanthus sanchifalius is introduced and cultivated in Lueyang, but the system ofbiological characteristics of Smallanthus sanchifalius in local is not yet carried out after introduced and thebiological characteristics of Smallanthus sanchifalius is the theoretical basis to optimizing the cultivation.The test study the growth pattern after introduced and the effect on the growth with different hilling in thespecific ecological and soil fertility conditions in Lueyang, in order to explore its high yield and qualityoptimization of cultivation techniques to guide the standardization of the production. The main conclusionsobtained are as follows:(1) The yacon is generally planted in late March, the germination of the seedling is2～8in May,plant growth and tillering is19～21in Jul, tuber (tuber) is17～23in Aug, roots rapid enlargement is16～20in Sep,2009, tuber maturity is14～16in Nov;(2) The growth and dynamic change of yacon plant height is roughly "S" shape. Form the beginning ofemergence to early Jul, the plant height growth curve slope is smaller, and the growth rate is relatively low;the slope of the curve was significantly larger in Jul, so the rate of height growth is accelerate and growthrate slow down in Oct;The stem diameter growth rate of yacon is relatively quickly in Jun to mid～Aug and the trend of itsstem diameter growth rate is slowed in late Aug to Nov;After emergence, the tillers increases faster in early Jun to early Jul and the increase of tiller number isessentially stabilized in early Jul to early Aug, but the part of tiller number of plants has increased from lateAug to early Oct and is no longer increased in Oct;(3) The difference on Yacon aerial part of the growth with different hilling was not significant; Hillingin15days after the plant growing season and tuberous roots can increase the yield of Smallanthussanchifalius, and medium and large potato rates and commodity rate has increased; but only hilling in15days after the plant growing season will result in a lower rate in the production and commodity.
