Bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla) is a main of tree species in south China, It occupies animportant p osition in the development o f agric ultural and f orestry, and has good be nefits i neconomic, ecological and social. In recent years, The bamboo area is ex panding fastly,. At thesame time it devoure the surrounding the trees, caused serious destruction biological diversity andthe precious species.It is used three aq ueous e xtracts (stem and leaf, l itter, mould) a nd t hree c oncentrationgradients (0.1g·ml-1,0.05g·ml-1,0.02g·ml-1) to dispose the seed germination and seeding growthof Castanopsis Sclerophylla and Cyclobalanopsis glauca. The result is a refe rence for allelopathyof Phyllostachys heterocycla on other plant spread. The conclusions of the study are as follow:1. Ef fect of th e aq ueous ex tracts o f phyllostachys het erocycla on the See d g ermination a ndseedling growth of acceptor plant.The st udy s hows th at t he lit ter a queous e xtracts inhibited t he seed g ermination ofCastanopsis Sclerophylla at0.1g·ml-1concentration, the stem and leaf aqueous extracts and themould a queous e xtracts i nhibited the Seed germination of Cy clobalanopsis glauca; while itincreased at0.05g·ml-1and0.02g·ml-1concentration.The effect is differ on bud length,root length,seedling fresh weight and seedling dry weightof growth index, it increased the bud length mostly and inhibited root length,seedling freshweight and seedling dry weight.2. Ef fect of the a queous extracts of phyllostachys he terocycla on th e Ph ysiological andbiochemical index of acceptor plant.Effect of the aqueous extracts of phyllostachys heterocycla on the root vigor, the chloroplastcontents, t he exterior morphogenesis, M DAc ontents, t he protei n contents, POD act ivity ar einhibited at high concentration(0.1g·ml-1), while i ncreased at lower concentration(0.02g·ml-1).Also it is increased the SOD activity at different Concentration.
