Phyllostachys heterocycla’pubescens’, in our country to the south of the Chang Jiang River provinces are widely planted, one of the important economic source is the mountain farmers income. In recent years, driving in the promotion of advanced and applicable technologies continue to expand the scope and the pursuit of high yield, high interest, Phyllostachys heterocycla’pubescens’operating intensity increasing, but it also causes many problems.On the one hand, Phyllostachys heterocycla’pubescens’fertilizer on increasing, on the ecological environment caused by non-point source pollution resulting in greater and greater pressure; on the other hand, after cutting the legacy of Phyllostachys heterocycla’pubescens’ stake (referred to as the bamboo head) for the decomposition of slow, limited Rhizome Growth, influence the yield of Phyllostachys heterocycla’pubescens’. How in the premise of not affecting the economic benefits of farmers, prevent soil erosion effectively, control the ammonium nitrogen emissions, science dealing with the relationship between economic and social development and ecological environment protection, to live in harmony with nature in the adult, has become an urgent problem.In this paper, we take Phyllostachys heterocycla’pubescens’management of Huzhou as the main research object, mainly to solve the soil and water conservation, fertilizer and pesticide and bring the reduction of chemical herbicides non-point source pollution in three aspects. In the course of the study, selection of multiple test base, research and technology demonstration households record data analysis, clean production of Phyllostachys heterocyclic’pubescent’of exploration and practice, the Phyllostachys heterocycla’pubescens’stake technology and tea internal fertilization technology, formed a preliminary summary.
