Phyllostachys pubescens is one of the most important bamboo resources, which hasimportant economic value in China. With the promotion of intensive management means, biologicaldiversity under Moso bamboo is relatively reduced, then biodiversity of Moso bamboo and theagroforestry research under Moso bamboo will be hot issue in near future. We investigate the plantspecies diversity in bamboo plantation of Phyllostachys pubescens in Huoshan, Guangde andHuangshang, where Moso bamboo plantation areas rank top three in Anhui. At the same time,accordingto survival rate of plants which were planted under Moso Bamboo, we choose two kinds ofplants(Adinandra millettii,Hemerocallis fulva), sure surface runoff, sediment concentration andnitrogen loss caused by different rainfall in different mixed plots, and grasp the effect of controlling soiland water loss. The results show that:The main kinds of shrub are Rubus hirsutus, Ardisia japonica, Lindera reflexa,Trachelospermum jasminoides, Serissa japonica and Lindera glauca with less than40cm height, andthe main kinds of herbaceous are Lophatherum gracile, Parathelypteris nipponica,Spodiopogon sibiricus. Community structure character is that the mainly kinds of shrubs areLeguminosae sp.,Rosaceae sp.,Euphorbiaceae sp., Fagaceae sp. and Lauraceae sp., and the mainlykinds of herbal are Gramineae sp., Composit.ae sp.,Thelypteridaceae sp.,Liliaceae sp., Labiatae sp. andLeguminosae sp. There were rare species under Moso Bamboo, such as Dysosma versipellis.The effect of Hemerocallis fulva and bamboo mixed plot is better than that ofAdinandra millettii and bamboo mixed plot on preventing water and soil erosion, both significantlybetter than the control group plot. Ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen, total solublenitrogen, total particulate nitrogen, soil erosion and runoff rainfall is changing when the rise increases,indicating effect of rainfall is one of the main causes of runoff and nitrogen loss. Effect of rainstorm onloss of nitrogen, runoff and sediment loss in three kings of plots is much more than that of heavy rainand moderate rain.
