In this study, the soil of phyllostachys pubescens forest and phyllostachys pubescens shoots wereused experimental material, the soil nutrient of phyllostachys pubescens forest and the content of zincand other mineral elements in phyllostachys pubescens shoots under different operating conditions anddifferent slope positions were analyzed and compared, the relationship between the soil nutrient ofphyllostachys pubescens forest and the content of zinc in phyllostachys pubescens shoots was studied, and based on the content of zinc and other mineral elements in phyllostachys pubescens shoots, thequality of phyllostachys pubescens shoots shoots was evaluated, The main research results as follows:1.Management disturbance had a remarkable impact on the content of effective zinc in the soil ofphyllostachys pubescens forest, the impact on the content of total zinc in the soil of phyllostachyspubescens forest was little. As the test results showed, different types of fertilizer could both improve thecontent of effective zinc in the soil of phyllostachys pubescens forest, compared withphotographic, effective zinc content in soil after fertilization increased by53.67%and the effect oforganic fertilization was more apparent than the effect of compound fertilization. Managementdisturbance had different influences on the content of available nitrogen、available phosphorus、available potassium、organic matter in the soil of phyllostachys pubescens forest, the influence on thesoil pH value was little. Management disturbance’s influences on the mineral elements in phyllostachyspubescens shoots were not significant.2. The slope positions’ influence on the content of total zinc in the soil of phyllostachys pubescensforest was little, the influence on the content of effective zinc in the soil of phyllostachys pubescensforest was apparent. In this test, the relationship between the content of effective zinc and the height ofmountain was strong, the difference between the content of effective zincn the top of the mountain andthe other four positions in the mountain was significant. Slope positions had significant impact on thecontent of available nitrogen、available phosphorus、available potassium、organic matter in the soil of phyllostachys pubescens forest, with slope position decreased, the four kinds of soil nutrient generallypresented gradually increasing trend. The content of these four kinds of soil nutrient’s response to soillayer depth were consistent, with soil layer depth increased, these four kinds of soil nutrient generallypresented gradually decreasing trend. Slope positions had a certain degree of influence on the content ofmineral elements in phyllostachys pubescens shoots, with slope position decreased, the zinc content inshoots generally presented decreasing trend, the Cu content in shoots generally presented increasingtrend.3.The zinc content of phyllostachys pubescens shoots had different degreerelationship with the content of soil nutrient in different layer depth. In this experiment, therelationship between the zinc content of shoots and the content of organic matter、available phosphorus in0-20cm soil layer depth, the content of effective zinc、availablepotassium in20-40cm soil layer depth, the content of available nitrogen、effective zinc、available potassium in40-60cm soil layer depth, the content of organic matter、total zincin60-80cm soil layer depth reached significant level, respectively. Different soil nutrientinfluence degree order was available phosphorus (0-20cm)> effective zinc (40-60cm)>available potassium (20-40cm)> organic matter (60-80cm)> organic matter (0-20cm)>total zinc (60-80cm)> available potassium (40-60cm)> effective zinc (20-40cm)>available nitrogen (40-60cm).4.Compared with other vegetables, phyllostachys pubescens shoots is a kind ofnatural high zinc、high manganese vegetable, it could be ecploited and used as afunctional food.
