Koelreuteria tegrifolia is used to measure phenological period and the fruits' morphologicalindicators and physiological index,to analys is changes of chlorophyll, carotenoid, anthcuanins, sugar, protein, pH of cytochylema which effect fruit color, and discuss the rule of fruit growing and colorchanging. The results can be sumarized as followed:(1) Mature period of Koelreuteria tegrifolia fruits is in the late October, the rhythm of fresh weighgrowth showed rise then fall until invariant.(2) It are green, pink and red befoer the period of fruit ripening, and marking them respectively as1#,2#and3#, content and proportion of chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthcuanins of the three groupsfruit are different in every growing development period and it influence the color of pericarp,1#turnned to green is controlled by ontent and proportion of chlorophyll, and the content and proportion ofcarotenoid and anthcuanins controled2#turnning to pink and3#turnning to red.(3) Distinction among chlorophyll, carotenoid, anthcuanins, sugar, protein, pH of cytochylema ofeach group are different in correlation analysis; and pigments, sugar, protein, content of water and pH ofcytochylema act growing development of three groups fruit, eonsidering comprehensive action ofvarious physiologieal indexes in the progress of analysis.(4) Koelreuteria tegrifolia is luxuriant seasonal phenomena of flower, fruit and leaf. In thelandscape application,it is suitable for border tree, specimen tree and ornamental forest. The color offruit presented green and red and so on, and in the reacher of landscape breeding, the research of thefruit color can be focused to cultivate new varieties of rich with color, high color saturation of fruit.
