Forest competition is the most important factor to model standing forest space structure. Analyseand research forest competition effection in space location,not only has important theorysignificance,but also could provide consult use for reference for artificial forest's foster andproduce.The research objective is mixed broadleaf-conifer forest in Mount Tianmu preserve,anaylseforest competition condition by use Hegyi's single tree competition index model. In space locationwith forest competition,we divide space with the crosswise level in four quadrants and vertical inhillside up&down slopes. Through two part research to announce space location effection in forestcompetition,the first is analyse space location in the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest,the second isseparate broadleaf tree and coniferous tree as to objective tree from the mixed broadleaf-coniferforest,through research there to announce competition regular. The research result show:(1)Through anaylse264mixed broadleaf-conifer forest objective tree,the result show that:mixed forest objective tree's competition pressure weaken gradually with the increase of DBH.(2)The research to forest competition in direction and position,the mixed broadleaf-coniferforest objective tree's average competition intensity in four quadrants followed by were2.384,1.851,1.805and2.673;Among coniferous tree objective suffer competition intensity from theconiferous tree competing trees followed by were1.542,0.589,0.735and1.183,sometimes sufferbroadleaf tree's competition index followed by were0.615,0.612,0.580and0.765;Among thebroadleaf tree objective tree suffer competition index from the coniferous tree competing treesfollowed by were0.497,0.348,0.517and0.586,when suffer competition intensity by broadleaf treecompeting trees followed by were1.296,1.118,0.916and1.426. We can obvious discover a regularthat similar tree cause competition intensity obvious stronger different trees,the regular show allforest,include mixed broadleaf-conifer forest,coniferous trees and broadleaf trees. In the crosswiselevel,the fourth quadrants(average competition intensity)>the frist quadrants>the secondaryquadrants>the third quadrants,the intensity with the frist quadrants and the fourth quadrants obviousstronger the intensity with the secondary quadrants and the third quadrants. So we can believe thatin the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest,competition intensity came from geographic coordinates Eaststronger geographic coordinates West,and the regular has Universality. (3)The research to forest competition in slopes,the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest objectivetree's average competition intensity in up and down slopes followed by were3.684and2.621;whileconiferous tree as objective,its average competition intensity come from coniferous tree in twoslopes followed by were1.065and0.959,the value come from broadleaf tree were0.673,0.613;While broadleaf tree as objective tree,in two slopes,coniferous tree competing treesprovide average competition intensity followed by were1.072and0.907,sometime broadleaf treecompeting trees provide average competition intensity followed by were2.651and1.769. Throughcompare we can found that three kind objective trees,similar tree cause competition intensityobvious stronger different trees. In vertical level two slopes,they has identical regular:up slope(competition intensity)>down slope.
