Indocyanine Green Liver Function Tests To Assess The Preoperative Devascularization After Hemorrhage

Objective:Indocyanine green devascularization with portal hypertension of liver, reserve function of preoperative, to evaluation its effect on postoperat ive bleeding and value the risk of rbleeding. Methods:A retrospective cohort study of 69 patients with Portal Hypertension Hypersplenism and Hypersplenis m of portal azygous Devascularization, in patients whose preoperative evaluatio n of Indocyanine Green in patients with liver reserve function test,to measure the 15-minute ICG retention rate (ICGR15min) value. According to the value of ICGR15min, divided into three levels, the amount will be based on how much blood is divided into:(0,500) ml, [500,1000) ml, greater than 1000ml thr ee groups, each seeking its corresponding level of ICG value of bleeding rate, and the average rank value for comparison,with Child-pugh classification compa rison.Using spss 17.0 software for statistical analysis. Using Spearman rank cor relation test and non-parametric test data were analyzed in two groups.The aver age follow-up after 7 months.Results:After operation two of the patients dea d'due to gastrointestinal bleeding, and the remaining 67 patients was compared with the preoperative liver function recovery. ICGR15min cut off the flow of b leeding and spleen volume in a= 0.01 confidence interval on the correlation i s significant, P=0.000<0.01 was statistically significant,with the ICG level rise,p ostoperative bleeding increased significantly positive correlation sex,Child-pugh classification and no correlation between the amount of postoperative bleeding. Conclusion:ICG is a safe and reliable assessment of liver function method, w ith the ICGR15min value increases significantly rise the risk of postoperative b leeding. ICG spleen of portal hypertension surgery cut off the flow of great gu idance value, its postoperative bleeding have some predictive value.
