Imageology Analysis The Reason Of Lacrimal Duct Obstruction Post Lacrimal Duct Stent

Objectivestudy the reason of the lacrimal duct obstruction post lacrimal duct stent.Methods70 eyes with epiphora post lacrimal duct stent were investigated with digital subtraction dacryocystography and the dacryocystogram were studied,ResultsLacrimal drainage system imaging post lacrimal duct stent and Stent'position by the digital subtraction dacryocystography provided reliable.finding the reason of epiphora post lacrimal duct stent is the lacrimal duct was obstructed Again. Dacryocystographies revealed 32 of 70 eyes (45.71%) obstructed at stent; 38 of 70 eyes (54.29%) at outside of stent,2 of 70eyes (2.86%) at canaliculus,4 of 70 eyes (5.71%) at common canaliculus,32 of 70(45.71) is abnormal Position of stent.
