Based Immunoadsorption Column The Magnetic Coated Fibers Preparation And Adsorption Performance Studies

Immunoadsorption therapy has become an important method to remove the pathogenic substances in blood, immunosorbent is the key factor to determine the treatment effect, different from beads adsorbent and membrane adsorbent, immune adsorption carbon fiber has important application prospect in blood purification fileds.In this paper, the immune adsorption carbon fiber was obtained through the magnetic treatment and chemical reaction. The new adsorption column sample was assembled and the adsorption property of column was studied as well as the immune adsorption carbon fiber.Prepared magnetically coated activated carbon fiber(MCCF),the crystal-lographic structure,surficial morphology,magnetic properties of MCCF were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS,VSM and tensile test. The results showed that MCCF consist of C and Fe3O4, Fe3O4 was well coated on ACF and the mass percentage of C,Fe and O is 79.05%,18.54% and 2.41% respectively. The saturation magnetization is 3.273emu/g and the coercivity is 218.235Oe, the monofllament tensile strength is 4.45Gpa.Glutaraldehyde method and amino silane (KH550) method were respectively used to modify the MCCF,the result of IR showed that hydroxy group, carboxyl group and amino group were introduced into functionalized MCCF in order to link various kinds of ligands such as protein, antibody, DNA, etc.Static parallel adsorption of BSA test showed that the adsorption capacity of chemical modified MCCF was much higher than the blank activated carbon fiber and the activated carbon fiber only with magnetic surface treatment, the KH550 modificated fiber hadthe highest adsorption capacity reach to 93.73mg/g.The BSA adsorption of immune adsorption carbon fiber basically conformed to Langmuir adsorption model, the saturated adsorption capacity is 104.49mg/g and the saturated adsorption time is 120min.Column adsorption experiment showed that,the maximum adsorption capacity of immunosorbent column on BSA was 30.73 mg/g,compared with static adsorption the adsorption capacity has obvious reduciton.Animal experiments showed that the immune adsorption fiber has little adsorption on LDL and cholesterol,the result is negative.
