Objective:To explore the auto-antibodies on bone marrow hematopoietic cell in patients with systemic lupus erythetosus(SLE), and to investigate the pathogenesis of cytopenia in patients with SLE.Mehtods:18 patients with SLE and 10 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. The category and the positive rate of auto-antibodies on bone marrow hematopoietic cells were investigated double immuno-fluorescence fiow cytometry. Results:The positive rates of auto-antibodies on bone marrow hematopoietic cells of total SLE patients enrolled,SLE patients with hemocytopenia and patients without hemocytopenia were 94.44%(17/18),93.33% (14/15),100%(3/3). In the healthy control group, the positive rate was 0.00%.The positive rate was higher in patients with SLE than that in healthy controls(p=0.000),and higher in the group of SLE with hemocytopenia than that in healthy controls(p=0.000), and higher in the group of SLE without hemocytopenia than that in healthy controls(p=0.000)。But there was no significant difference between SLE patients without hemocytopenia and SLE without hemocytopenia (P=1).In 17 positive cases, IgG auto-antibody accounted for 29.41%, IgM 47.06%, IgG+IgM 23.53%, Of the 17 patients,10(58.82%) with IgG auto-antibody, 13(76.47%) with IgM.There was no significant difference between the two types of auto-antibody on the same type of cell. The quantity of IgG or IgM on granulocytes were less than that on the other two cells. Conclusion:There are auto-antibodies on bone marrow of SLE patients. The predominant antibody was IgM which could cause severe anemia, and the second one was IgG which could cause severe anemia. Most SLE patients had antibodies on hematopoietic stem cells and showed pancytopenia.
