Clinical Observation And Experiment Studies Of TengFuJiang Ya Yin On Treatmenting The Syndrome Of Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang

Objective: TengFuJiangYa Yin is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine constituted by Uncaria rhynchophylla and Radish Seed . Clinical study probes into the related mechanism of action that lowering the blood pressure improving symptom, though observing the clinical efficacy of Teng Fu Jiangyayin on trentmenting the syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang. In vitro research, we explores the serum,s anti- hypertension molecular mechanism ,by means of observing the action of protection and senescence-inhibition on the aging model of The rat Aortic endothelial cells(RAEC) which is induced by D-Galactose(D-gal). On the basis of above, further effective basis of clinic and experiment will be provided for the Chinese herbal medicine to intervene the treatment of syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang.Methods: Method: In the Clinical study ,we adopt the method of random deciset, then give 96 clinical cases that match absorb standard respectively to the Chinese herbal medicine group and the Qingxuanjianyia Tablet group. Comparing with the variable circumstances of clinlcal symptoms,blood pressure and blood fat before and after treatment. In vitro experiments , we build aging RAEC model induced by the D-Galactose.We observed the effects of the Chinese herbal medicine on RAEC ultrastructure by scanning electron microscopy,on positive rate of aging RAEC byβ-galactosidase staining, on the expression of telomerase activity in RAEC by PCR-ELISA assay.Results: Results : Clinical study : Comparing with the control group,the outcome measures was not different significantly before treatment(P>0.05). The effective rate for improving symptoms of the treatment group was 91.30% and the total effective rate of antihypertension 86.96%,while the two of control group,s were 82.60% and 76.09% respectively. After treatment ,the blood pressure of the two groups was decreased significantly than before treatment(P﹤0.01); the blood pressure of the treatment group was far lower than those of the control group (P﹤0.01); both the two group,s value of TC,TG,LDL-C were lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05); there was no statistical significance on lowering the TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05);the value of HDL-C of the treatment group was higher than before(P﹤0.05),there was difference between the two groups of the HDL-C after treatment(P﹤0.05).The vitro experiments indicate that: RAEC ultrastructure scanning electrometry microscopy showed that the RAEC morphological structure of the Serum group improved obviously,such as the cell morphology and size and microvilli quantity and distribution. D-Galactose nucleoside enzymes stain shows that D-Galactose has obvious effect of RAEC induced aging, the rate of senescent cells of the Serum group reduced obviously (P﹤0.01);a statistical significance exists between the two groups(P﹤0.05); Detection of telomerase activity were significantly higherer compareing with the model group (P﹤0.01), a statistical significance exists between the two groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: Conclusion: A kind of Chinese herbal medicine constituted by Uncaria rhynchophylla and Radish Seed has the action of lower the blood pressure and improve the clinical symptoms and blood fat,while treatmenting the patientwho suffers from the syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang.The possible mechanism is that the Chinese herbal medicine can inhibit the aging of RAEC ,improve the structure and function of the RAEC.
