| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of plain liver tune Shen needle method in the treatment of migraine(liver yang hyperactivity type),and to provide an innovative basis for clinical promotion.Methods: Patients with liver positive hyperactive migraine,exemplified by the outpatient clinic of encephalology and acupuncture Tuina rehabilitation department,the first Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Changde,Hunan University of Chinese medicine,from June 2020 to December 2020,were selected for the study,and 32 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,respectively,by a random number table method,with a treatment cycle of 14 days,and the patients were observed for immediate VAS score,total effective rate,and comprehensive score of migraine,Hamilton depression score,HIT-6 score,and were followed up at 1 month after treatment.To further evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the data were collated and statistically analyzed.Results: Rizatriptan benzoate tablets and Pinggan Tiaoshen acupuncture can improve migraine symptoms,quality of life and depression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with rizatriptan benzoate tablets,Pinggan Tiaoshen acupuncture has more significant effect,and has more significant improvement on the quality of life and emotional state of patients,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results of the present clinical study suggest that plain liver Heregulin acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with migraine(liver positive hyperactivity type),improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the depression status of patients,and that plain liver Heregulin acupuncture has better efficacy than oral rizatriptan benzoate tablets,which can be used as an effective and safe treatment for patients with migraine(liver positive hyperactivity type),It deserves further clinical promotion. |
