Clinical Study On Treating Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Depression With Shu Gan Jian Pi Jie Yu Formular

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shu Gan Jian Pi Jie Yu Formular on diabetes mellitus combined with depression ,and to study the effective mechanism.Method:60 standard clinical cases are divided equally into two groups at random and treated respectively.The treated group are treated with Xiao Chai Hu Tang Jia Jian and the controlled group with Fluoxetine tablets.The clinical recurrence of both groups before and after the treatment are observed ,including all-around therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and the result of the HAMD.Result:It is shown that the obviously effective rate in the treated group is 46.67% ,the totally effective rate is 86.67%;and in the controlled group the obviously effective rate is 23.33%, the totally effective rate is 66.67%.There is significant difference between them through statistical management (P<0.05).Conclution: Shu Gan Jian Pi Jie Yu Formular can improve the symptoms of depression and insulin resistance obviously,so it has a better effect in treating diabetes mellitus combined with depression.
