| Objective: To investigate the autologous tendon stump repair replacement therapy knee medial collateral ligament injury of gradeⅢclinical research and treatment. Methods: The cases were from the Shandong Medical University Hospital orthopedic ward from April 2009 to December 2010 admitted 30 cases of knee medial collateral ligament injury of gradeⅢpatients, the use of autologous tendon stump repair alternative to strengthening the knee in collateral ligament of the surgical method! The group of 30 patients, 16 males and 14 females, aged 16 to 54 years, mean 34 years. 17 cases left, right 13.The causes of injury: road accident in 22 cases, 8 cases of sports injuries. Injury site: Tibial avulsion in 11 cases, femoral condyle avulsion in 8 cases, 10 cases of fractured the middle. Combined injuries: Meniscal injury in 5 cases, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament tears in 5 cases, Sanlian levy 3 case,followed up for24 weeks. By Lysholm knee scoring system to be evaluated, a score of 21.76±9.92 points. Results: after24weeks, the patient Lysholm knee score improved from 21.76±9.92 points after 24 weeks increased to 84.66±5.25, after statistical processing, the results showed significant differences (p <0.01). Conclusion: The autologous stump tendon repair surgery for knee replacement strengthenⅢdegree medial collateral ligament injury of the effects are, the surgery can effectively cure or improvement of knee medial collateral ligament injury of knee joint instability, effectively prevent the concurrent post the occurrence of disease. |
