Gan Wei Bu He syndrome type is based on A-, B-class, respectively,15.6%,11.5%, Dan Re Fan Wei syndrome type to B-class (9.8%), Shi Re Yun Jie card and Tan Yu Jiao Zu syndrome to C-level Dominated, accounting for 8.2%,7.4%, D-level is rare (4.1%) to see, more common in Pi Wei Xu Ruo Certificate.2. endoscopic relationship with the syndrome:①Gan Wei Bu He syndrome type:Endoscopic esophageal strip mainly as redness, discharge less erosion, ulcer and esophageal stenosis is rare, HP (+) Share (7.4%); tongue with a thin white coating based.②Dan Re Fan Wei syndrome type:Endoscopic esophageal mucosal erosion as to the performance, mucosal hyperemia clear secretions more (light yellow liquid and contains air bubbles), ulcers and esophageal stenosis is less common, HP (+) total (13.9%); tongue with thin yellow coating based.③Shi Re Yun Jie syndrome type:Endoscopic esophageal mucosal erosion and ulceration mainly as the surrounding mucosa congestion, edema, secretions and more rare esophageal stenosis, HP (+) total (12.3%), often accompanied by bile reflux (15.6%); yellow greasy moss.④Tan Yu Jiao Zu syndrome type:Endoscopic esophageal mucosal mainly as ulcers, rough around the mucosa, congestion, edema, erosion, discharge less visible esophageal stenosis, HP (+) accounting (6.6%); greasy tongue coating.⑤Pi Wei Xu Ruo syndrome type:endoscopic mucosal ulcers and erosions more common, the surrounding mucosa congestion, edema was not obvious, the lower esophagus and cardia mucosa color gray, rough, fibrous-like changes, visible esophageal stenosis, HP (+) accounting (2.5%); tongue less.Conclusion:1.①In the 5 syndrome type, Gan Wei Bu He and Shi Re Yun Jie type are more common than others;②incoordination between Gan Wei Bu He and Dan Re Fan Wei type to A-, B-class-based, Shi Re Yun Jie card and Tan Yu Jiao Zu type C-block licenses to the Pi Wei Xu Ruo type to D-level based.2. the severity of inflammation were: Pi Wei Xu Ruo type> Tan Yu Jiao Zu syndrome type> Shi Re Yun Jie type> Dan Re Fan Wei type> Gan Wei Bu He type.3.
