Objective:To compare the treatment of SandersⅡtype calcaneal fractures, with open reduction plate fixation using bone graft and closed prying restoration gram pin fixation, and discusses which treatment the best choice.Methods:40cases of SandersⅡtype calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into two groups, A group of closed prying restoration gram needle internal fixation group, and group B for open reduction plate fixation plus using bone graft group. Patients were followed up for more than one year, evaluation items including:the clinical healing fracture; Preoperative and postoperative year Bohler Angle, the follow-up Gissane Angle; According to the function evaluation Maryland foot pointrating method evaluation; The postoperative complications. Results:Closed reduction and percutaneous pinning poking fixation group:Bohler angle, average preoperative 6.54±9.62°, the average follow-up,29.00±4.67°; Gissane angle, preoperative mean 83.45±14.08°, the average follow-up,124.90±6.56°; Maryland Foot Score:85% excellent; postoperative complications:skin redness around the screw channel in 1 foot, after active treatment, the infection does not appear. Titanium plate fixation group:Bohler angle, average preoperative 5.55±9.64°, the average follow-up,32.35±4.58°; Gissane angle, preoperative mean 82.80±14.31°, the average follow-up,131.40±6.68°; Maryland Foot Score:Good rate was 90%; postoperative complications:a wound exudate in 2 feet, with skin flap necrosis in one foot. Bohler angle of the two groups before surgery, Gissane angles were compared, no significant difference (P>0.05), preoperative and postoperative Bohler angle, Gissane angles in two groups were highly significant differences (P<0.01), after group comparison, there was significantdifference (P<0.05); two Maryland foot score significantly different compared (P<0.05) but the two groups in the Maryland foot score after good rate there is no significant difference (P>0.05);Two groups of postoperative complications have significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:open reduction plate fixation plus using bone graft group and closed prying restoration gram needle internal fixation in Maryland, after group compared dykes on foot score, but no significant difference in the two groups of foot Maryland Bohler Angle, ratings, etc Gissane Angle of open reduction plate fixation significantly better than closed prying restoration gram fixation group, and needle in incision in the incidence of complications in control, open reduction plate fixation plus using bone graft group obvious at a disadvantage. So, if we can to foot soft tissue for better handling, effective control of the incision complications, open reduction plate fixation with surgical treatment of bone SandersⅡandⅢtype calcaneal fractures better effects.
