| Objective:To observe the Effect of the Different Order of Interference between Acupuncture and Exercise Therapy in the Functions of the Patient of Cerebral Palsy's Legs.Methods:Taking the 32 patients of cerebral palsy into two groups:lower limb functional exercise after acupuncture at Zusanli, Fenglong and Jiexi on the affected side as group A; acupuncture at Zusanli, Fenglong and Jiexi on the affected side after lower limb functional exercise as group B, recorded and compared the change of IEMG on the affected side. Through observe the transient change on the IEMG in the legs'muscle of patients of cerebral palsy under the different order of interference, investigate reasonable combination order between acupuncture and exercise therapy in the treatment of cerebral palsy.Results:(1) Group A①The iEMGTibialis anterior:before acupuncture was 332.0313±152.87199μv. s; after acupuncture was 411.7812±161.29734μv . s; after function exercise was 440.6125±145.85227μv . s. Gastrocnemius:before acupuncture was 337.8937±168.34489uv. s; after acupuncture was 333.5938±165.32992μV . s; after function exercise was 330.5938±167.33009μv.s.②The CRBefore acupuncture was 0.50±0.11%; after acupuncture was 0.46±0.14%; after function exercise was 0.41±0.10%.(2) Group BTibialis anterior:before function exercise was 256.7750±117.25804μv·s; after function exercise was 263.6750±121.4402μv·s; after acupuncture was 266.8125±119.50759μv. s. Gastrocnemius:before function exercise was 269.0000±134.82416μv·s; after function exercise was 266.7187±127.51140μv·s; after acupuncture was 265.6563±139.50411μv. s.②The CRBefore function exercise was 0.51±0.19%; after function exercise was 0.50±0.18%; after acupuncture was 0.50±0.19%. Conclusion:(1) Treatment of simple acupuncture at the acupoint of antagonistic muscle could increase the data of iEMG of Tibialis anterior, and the CR is descend. Treatment of acupuncture and function exercise could increase the data of iEMG of Tibialis anterior, and the CR is descend.(2) Treatment of simple acupuncture could not increase the data of iEMG of Gastrocnemius, but treatment of acupuncture and function exercise could descend the data of iEMG of Gastrocnemius.(3) Treatment of simple acupuncture or treatment of function exercise with acupuncture could not increase the data of iEMG(4) The data of iEMG of treatment of acupuncture with function exercise show that different order of therapies could affect the data of iEMG of the Patient of Cerebral Palsy. The treatment of function exercise after acupuncture was better than the treatment of acupuncture after function exercise.(5) Research suggests, in order to form the muscle electricity semg imager for integral value the immediate indicators of spasm condition, children of cerebral palsy should take the acupuncture treatment before the function exercise. |
