Transient Effect Of The Different Order Of Interference Between Acupuncture And Exercise Therapy On The IEMG In The Patients Gastrocnemius Of Cerebral Palsy

Objective:To observe the transient change on the IEMG in the patients gastrocnemius of cerebral palsy under the different order of interference:exercise after acupuncture or acupuncture after exercise.Methods:Taking the patients of cerebral palsy into two groups:lower limb functional exercise after acupuncture at Weizhong(BL 40)and Chengshan(BL 57)on the affected side as group A;acupuncture at Weizhong(BL 40)and Chengshan(BL 57)on the affected side after lower limb functional exercise as group B,recorded and compared the change of IEMG on the affected side.All the patients take double gastrocnemius as samples,so each group could take 30 gastrocnemius as samples.Through observe the transient change on the IEMG in the patients gastrocnemius of cerebral palsy under the different order of interference,investigate reasonable combination order between acupuncture and exercise therapy in the treatment of cerebral palsy.Results:(1)Group AThe data before acupuncture was 1748.7100±165.58655μv·s,the data after acupuncture was 2356.9333±301.28918μv·s,the data after functional exercise was 2775.1633±525.22272μv·s.The results showed that there was significant difference of IEMG in the patients prior to and after treatment of simple acupuncture(P＜0.05),and there was also significant difference of IEMG in the patients prior to treatment of acupuncture and after functional exercise (P＜0.05).(2)Group BThe data before functional exercise was 1718.2000±252.83704μv·s,the data after functional was 2253.0833±265.17916μv·s,the data after acupuncture was 2237.6667±337.40752μv·s. The results showed that there was no significant difference of IEMG in the patients prior to and after treatment of simple functional exercise(P＞0.05),and there was also no significant difference of IEMG in the patients prior to treatment of functional exercise and after acupuncture(P＞0.05).Conclusion:(1)Under the different order of interference between acupuncture and exercise therapy,the transient change on the IEMG in the patients of cerebral palsy was significantly different.(2)Treatment of simple acupuncture at Weizhong(BL 40)and Chengshan(BL 57) and the threatment combination of prior to treatment of acupuncture and after functional exercise could increase the data of IEMG..(3)Treatment of simple simple functional exercise and the threatment combination of prior to treatment of functional exercise and after acupuncture could not cause the change of the the data of IEMG..(4)It is suggested that different methods in the treatment may have effect on clinical effectiveness,because of the different order of interference,we must pay a high attention on it.But the influence degree and the range,including the exact mechanism should be studied further.
