YiShenJiangZhuo Granules On Malnutrition In Hemodialysis Patients In Clinical Research

Objective:Through observing the change that YiShenJiangZhuo granule on malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients, before and after the treatment to discusses the curative effect of YiShenJiangZhuo granule on malnutrition MHD patients, and tries to discuss the curative effect mechanism.The change including TCM clinical syndrome curative effect,serum albumin (Alb), prealbumin(PA), hemoglobin (HGB), C-reactive protein (CRP),Leptin,single room KT/V (spKT/V), subjective global assessment (SGA) and human body measure.Methods:60 patients with chronic renal failure in maintenance hemodialysis uremic stage patients treated at random,60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group for routine treatment+YiShenJiangZhuo granule. Routine therapy group applications. Two groups are using Germany Fresenius company briefcase-sized dialysis machine, receive routine blood hemodialysis therapy over 3 months,3 times per week. Intervention is 3 months, before and after treatment observed treatment of TCM clinical syndrome curative effect, laboratory examination (including Alb, PA, CRP and Leptin),spKT/V,SAG and human body measure, carries on the analysis comparison.Results:(1) The two groups after treating, TCM clinical symptoms improved syndromes integral treatment group than in control group improve (P<0.01); The treatment group of syndromes improve total effective control group total effectiveness is 83.33% respectively, 56.67%, the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). The treatment group after treatment significantly better in SGA grade (P<0.01). (2) Two groups compared before and after the treatment ALB, PA, HGB level all have significantly increased (P<0.05), between the two groups after treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group than in control group elevated level. (3) The two groups after treating all CRP levels significantly lower (P<0.01), two groups of comparisons are after treatment was significant difference (P<0.05), explain CRP treatment group than in control group descent. YiShenJiangZhuo granule is the treatment of Spleen and Kidney Qi patients with kidney MHD effective prescription malnutrition. (2) YiShenJiangZhuo granule with western medicine tablet came turbidity routine therapy has reduced the spleen deficiency syndrome kidney patients serum Leptin MHD malnutrition, and can the function more effectively improve the MHD sufferers chronic inflammation state, improve the anemia, increase MHD patients serum protein synthesis MHD patients.(3) The result does not explain YiShenJiangZhuo granule can improve the malnutrition MHD patients, BMI, TSF, MAC.
