| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety indexes of Wuhe Yangsheng ointment in the treatment of malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuhe Yangsheng ointment,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods: 1.From March 2022 to December 2022,50 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in the Blood purification Room of International Zhuang Medical Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and whose TCM syndrome type was "spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome" were included and divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random grouping,with 25 cases in each group.All groups received routine treatment of chronic kidney disease(regular dialysis,improvement of anemia,control of blood pressure,correction of acid-base balance and electrolyte disorders,etc.).The observation group received Wuhe Yangsheng ointment as the basic treatment in the control group for 12 weeks.Indexes such as albumin,prealbumin,protein decomposition rate,hemoglobin,red blood cell count,hematopoietic volume,ferritin,serum iron,total iron binding capacity,blood creatinine,dystrophic inflammation score and TCM syndrome score were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data results.Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 64.0%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.MIS score: MIS score and malnutrition grade of observation group were significantly improved compared with treatment group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of observation group was better than control group.3.TCM syndrome score: TCM syndrome score of both groups was improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05)..4.Laboratory indicators: After treatment,the red blood cell counts of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the red blood cell counts between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,serum iron and ferritin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in improving nutrition-related indexes.5.Safety index:there was no significant difference in liver function(ALT,AST,Potassium,calcium,sodium,phosphorus,)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Wuhe Yangsheng ointment can effectively improve the malnutrition state of maintenance hemodialysis patients,the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in MHD patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency type,and improve the serum albumin,hemoglobin,serum iron and ferritin levels,and has good safety,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice. |
