The Study Of TCM Syndrome Element Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer And Its Correction With Serum Tumor Markers And P53 And Nm23 Gene In Peripheral Blood

Objective:Preliminarily explored the distribution of syndromes elements of advanced colorectal cancer, as well as its relation to objective indexs.Methods:Adopting syndrome element differentiation to study the common syndromes elements distribu-tion of advanced colorectal cancer,and we also detected 90 patient's serum tumor markers and p53 and nm23 gene in peripheral blood,and explored the relationship among syndromes elements, serum tumor markers, p53 and nm23 gene in peripheral blood.Results:1.Distribution regular of elements of syndrome:The main locations of the disease were spleen,stomach,colorectal,liver,uterus,lung;Qi deficiency, Blood edficiency, heat, dampeness were the main characteristic of the nature of advanced colorectal cancer,it was also more happened to see Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency, phlegm and Qi stagnation.2.A comparative study between two sexes showed that women had a significant higher rate of liver disorder,Yin deficiency and Blood deficiency than men.3.This disease syndromes and miscellaneous research results showed that Majority of Sympton manifest itself in deficiency-excess complication,pure asthenia symptom and solid symptom were rate; The syndrome element of spleen mixed stomach often appeared, and the remaining majority were mixed on the basis of it. The complications of excess syndrome were mainly dampness mixed heat,and complications of deficiency syndrome were mainly a deficiency of Qi both Blood;while dampness mixed Qi deficiency were most common in deficiency and excess syndromes.4.There were not differences of the accumulated points of elements of syndrome among advanced colorectal cancer with different primary site (P>0.05)5.There were not differences of the accumulated points of elements of syndrome among advanced colorectal cancer with different metastatic sites (P>0.05)6.There were not differences of the accumulated points of elements of syndrome among advanced colorectal cancer with different pathological types (P>0.05)7.Syndrome elements and serum tumor markers study found that the indication levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA242 of uterus and liver syndrome had a significally greater increase than any other locations of the disease syndrome elements (P<0.05). and the indication levels of CEA,A199,CA125 and CA242 of stasis syndrome had a significally greater increase than any other excess syndrome elements (P<0.05),and the indication levels of CEA,A199,CA125 and CA242 of Yan deficiency and Ying deficiency syndrome had a significally greater increase than Qi deficiency and Blood deficiency (P<0.05)8.The correlation study of syndrome elements and the expression of p53 and nm23 gene in peripheral blood found that:the indication levels of p53 of uterus and liver syndrome had a significally greater increase than any other locations of the disease syndrome elements (P<0.05), and it was contrary to nm23 which had a lower indication (P<0.05). The indication levels of p53 of stasis syndrome had a significally greater increase than any other excess syndrome elements (P<0.05), and it was contrary to nm23 which had a lower indication (P<0.05). The indication levels of p53 of Yan deficiency and Ying deficiency syndrome had a significally greater increase than Qi deficiency and Blood deficiency (P<0.05), and it was contrary to nm23 which had a lower indication (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Spleen,stomach were the main locations of advanced colorectal cancer and Qi deficiency. It was of significance to cure advanced colorectal cancer from Spleen,stomach in clinical. Qi deficiency, Blood edficiency, heat, dampeness were the main characteristic of the nature of advanced colorectal cancer,it was also more happened to see Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency, phlegm and Qi stagnation.2. Advanced colorectal cancer the two statements well "Liver is of congenital essence to women","liver and kidney are homologous".3.There were many complicated syndromes of deficiency and excess in advanced colorectal cancerAThere were not differences of the accumulated points of elements of syndrome among advanced colorectal cancer with different primary site, metastatic sites and pathological types.5.Compared with other type syndrome, uterus syndrome,liver syndrome,stasis syndrome,Yan deficiency syndrome and Ying deficiency syndrome showed significiant differences in the indication levels of CEA,CA199,CA125, CA242 in the serum and p53, nm23 gene in peripheral blood.
