Clinical Research On Treating Child Acute Asthma Of Heat Wheezing Syndrome Of Clearing Heat Purging Lung Resolving Phlegm And Resolving Stasis

Objective:To evaluate if it is feasibility and effectiveness about the treatment on children with heat wheezing about acute asthma by combing clearing heat,purging lung,resolving phlegm and resolving stasis method with western medicine, in order to provide an effective treatment method and treatment ideas for the disease.Methods:60 cases of mild to moderate severity of asthma in children whose TCM type is heat wheezing are selected. They are randomly divided into treatment group and control group which group has 30 cases, the control group was treated with intravenous hydrocortisone succinate sodium, aminophylline, oral procaterol tablets (Meptin), inhaled budesonide and terbutaline;On the basis of therapeutics to the control group,the treatment group were treated with the Chinese medicine decoction phlegm stasis which is for clearing heat,pung lung,resolving phlegm and resolving stasis; the course of two groups are for seven days. After the course,the improvement on the points of main symptoms,secondary symptoms points and thersymptoms were Observated, the main symptoms contained wheezing, cough, sputum expectoration and wheezing.The secondary symptoms contained fever, mental, complexion, thirst, appetite, stool, tongue, tongue, finger pulse.Results:The research results show that the two groups before treatment in children with gender, age, severity of disease, primary and secondary disease comparable total score, etc, have no statistically different (P> 0.05). Compared with improvement of main syptoms after treatment of the two groups, the treatment group is better than the other one in improving wheezing, cough, sputum expectoration, chest wheezing symptoms and signs, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with improvement of secondary symptoms after treatment of the two groups, there is no statistically significant between the two groups in improving the looking, psychiatric symptoms(P> 0.05), but after five days treatment, the treatment group is better than the control group in improving children thirsty, loss of appetite, urine, tongue, tongue, pulse and other symptoms and signs of fingerprints, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Two scores of main syptoms secondary symptoms and total scores before and after treatment comparison group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01); After treatment, the treatment group is better than than the control group,with significant statistical significance (P <0.01). Comparing the comprehensive effects of the two groups,the difference(p<0.05) has a statistical significance, and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Clearing heat and purging lung, resolving phlegm and resolving stasis with western medicine is an available and effective way in therapying the heat wheezing type in acute phase in children's asthma,and is better than the control group in improving of symptoms such as panting,coughing,roaring,sputum,wheezing,fever,spirit,complexion,thirst,appetite,feces and urinate,tougue and coating,fingerprint and pulses,and variable conditions in scores of main syptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores.
