Clinical Observation On The Treatment To Fever Of Lung Cancer With Replenishing Qi To Nourish Yin And Clearing Heat And Resolving Phlegm Method

Objective:Applying methords of replenishing qi to nourish yin,clearing heat and resolving phlegm to cure the fever of lung cancer,to observe the body temperature changes before and after medication,clinical symptoms and the changes of KPS score,objective evaluate the short-term effect in the treatment of fever of lung cancer with methord of replenishing qi to nourish yin,clearing heat and resolving phlegm method,to supply the clinical support for Chinese medicine treatment in fever of lung cancer,to establish the foundation for the development of new anti-cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:40 cases of lung fever(Deficiency of both qi and yin and phlegm-heat) patients were selected,treating with methords of replenishing qi to nourish yin,Clearing heat and resolving phlegm method in Traditional Chinese Medicine.And observe the changes in body temperature,clinical symptoms and KPS score.Result:Analysis of the total effect of vesting,the total effective rate is 90%; KPS score after treatment in patients is significantly improved;the clinical symptoms after the treatment is significantly improved.Conclusion:the treatment with method of replenishing qi to nourish yin,clearing heat and resolving phlegm method,which can significantly reduce the body temperature of the lung cancer patients with fever,can improve the TCM symptoms and improve quality of life of patients,laying the clinical foundation for the development of new anti-cancer fewer Formulations in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
