| To analyze the chemical components composition of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.collected in various seasons.Qualitative research,contain the microscopic identification and the crude drug origanization identification for the plant of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.;research on TLC just is the general study,analyse the water-soluble and fat-soluble respectively,from the spot,find that fat-soluble little more than water-soluble;fingerprints study, the methanol as solvent,to establish the high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) fingerprints of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.collected in various seasons,and compared with Fructus Xanthii calibration the common peaks,the establishment of the reference fingerprint,and the mutual model as the reference to calculate the similarity,from the chromatogram,the polar component of Fructus Xanthii was higher than Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.in order to contradistinction them penetrate deeply,study on the fingerprint of the water-soluble and the LC-MS/MS.The essential components were separated and identified by HSGC-MS,the mass fractions of the components were determined by area normalization method,there were definite differences in essential components of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.collected in various seasons.Quantitative research,the volatile oil was extracted by hydrodistillation,and calcuate the yield; determination of total phenolic acids(TPA) of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.collected in various seasons was performed by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry, determination of Xanthatin,chlorogenic acid, hydroquinone by HPLC,and compared with Fructus Xanthii,this study can be served as scientific basis for the further exploitation,utilization and the quality standard of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.To study MTT method for measuring Xanthatin sensitivity of cancer cells,the result showed that there is a big difference about the sensitivity of cancer cells, HepG2 and A549,to Xanthatin. |
