Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of remaining backleg pain after the operation of Lumbar disc protrusion by using Shentongzhuyu Decoction。Methods:The 25 cases of remaining backleg pain after operation of Lumbar disc protrusion were divided into two groups randomly。The control group(12 cases) were treated with physical treatment, treatment group(13cases) were treated with Application:a dosis be decocted in water for oral dose twice a day, morning and night。To investigate the clinical efficacy after every 2 weeks treatment。Results:All pationts were available for follow-up。1,Two groups before treatment, age, gender, vas score, joa score, ODI score have no statistics different(p>0.05),2,After treatment of 2 weeks, the vas score and improving rate of two groups have significant different(p<0.01), joa score, ODI score of two groups have statistics different(p<0.05),3,After treatment of 4 weeks, the vas score and improving rate of two groups have significant different(p<0.01), joa score, ODI score of two groups have statistics different(p<0.05),4,After treatment of 6 weeks, the vas score, joa scoreand improving rate of two groups have significant different(p<0.01), ODI score of two groups have statistics different(p<0.05)。Conclusion:1,Shentongzhuyu Decoction add and subtract guiding by the different pattern of syndrome combined with physical treatment can moderate backleg pain sign efficaciously。Improve the quality of life。2,Shentongzhuyu Decoction is Safe and side effects, has the better social, economic performance and promote the application of the future.
