Objective:To investigate the improvement effect of remaining low back pain after operation by using Zhikegancao Decoction, and provide basis for rehabilitation studies of Lumbar spinal stenosis after operation and preventing of Failed back surgery syndrome in future. And make traditional Chinese medicine play an important position in Science of Orthopedics and Traumatology. Methods:Selected cases of84cases,41cases were male, female43cases; aged40-75years old, with an average of60.2±9.60years; were diagnosed as lumbar spinal stenosis, spinal decompression and intends to pass through the intervertebral foramen plus fusion and internal fixation of cases, depending on the specific medication after surgery, were randomly divided into three groups:traditional Chinese medicine group (Citrus aurantium licorice soup group), Control group A (Aceglutamide/mecobalamin celecoxib group),Control group B (Aceglutamide/mecobalamin group),28cases in each group. After conventional therapy (anti-infective, anti-inflammatory treatment of dehydration), based on traditional Chinese medicine group: medicine for patients discharged after fasting soup Citrus aurantium licorice decoction orally for1month after stopping taking. Control group A:neurotrophic drugs (surgery to Aceglutamide600mg intravenous injection once a day.3days to Mecobalamin tablets0.5mg twice daily oral administration of medication in January)+anti-inflammatory analgesics (postoperative celecoxib200mg twice daily oral medication in January). Control group B:Postoperative Aceglutamide to600mg intravenous injection once a day,3days to Mecobalamin tablets0.5mg twice daily oral administration of medication in January. Respectively, before treatment, after a month, after three months, after six months and12months after surgery clinic review or telephone follow-up assessment of all patients VAS, JOA and ODI score, last follow-up assessment of the three groups FBSS rate.Results:1,84cases were followed up, three groups of age, sex, VAS score before treatment. JOA score, ODI score had no statistical difference (P>0.05);2, the Chinese medicine group and Control group B comparison:Chinese medicine group began the point of VAS, JOA and ODI scores were statistically significant compared with Control group B the scores of traditional Chinese medicine group values are characterized by continuous improvement, lumbar funCTion improved significantly;3, traditional Chinese medicine and Control group A comparison: postoperative review in June, Chinese medicine and Control group A JOA score and ODI is P<0.05, statistically difference, Chinese medicine group is superior to Control group A; Postoperative review in December, Chinese medicine and Control group A VAS, JOA and ODI score comparison (P<0.05, statistically difference, Chinese medicine group is superior to Control group A.4, according to the FBSS diagnosis standard, the last follow-up is the incidence of FBSS:group,3.33%of Chinese medicine, western medicine group11.11%,14.81%in the control group. Conclusion:According to the statistical analysis of three groups before and after treatment, hovenia dulcis licorice tonga and acetyl1-glutamine cobalt/methyl amine reduction celecoxib in the application of lumbar spinal stenosis disease after surgery can significantly improve the postoperative lumbocrural pain symptoms and the function of lumbar spine; Early postoperative curative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine but over time, hovenia dulcis licorice tonga subtraction in improving lumbocrural pain and lumbar function, reduce the chances of developing the FBSS curative effect is superior to western medicine.
