The Clinical Study Of Jian Pi Yang Wei Fang Combined With Chemotherapy In Patients After Gastric Surgery

Objective:To Study and explore the effect on the the quality of life and the clinical symptoms of the patients after gastric surgery treated by Jian Pi Yang Wei Fang combined with FOLFOX4 regimen. The attenuated effect of chemotherapy and the tumor markers were also observed.Methods:In clinic 60 patients of gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups, the patients' pathological stage areⅡ,Ⅲ.Test group (n=30) received Jian Pi Yang Wei Fang combined with FOLFOX4 regimen, and control group (n=30) only accepted chemotherapy.6 cycles after treatment, compare the diversification of the quality of life and Chinese clinical symptoms, the degree of improvement of chemotherapy side effect between two groups, and the change of inserum tumor markers situation.Result:After treatment, the Quality of life score of test group was lower than that of the control group, the effective rate of the test group was 70.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group, there are significant differences by statistical analysis (P<0.05). In symptom improvement, after treatment, stomach pain, eat less,pantothenic acid and fatigue in patients of the test group were much better than that of the control group,the effective rate of the test group was 73.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group, there are significant differences by statistical analysis (P<0.05). The number of cases appearingⅠ°,Ⅱ°,Ⅲ°bone marrow suppression and the overall incidence of bone marrow suppression in the test group were lower than that in the control group, there are significant differences by statistical analysis (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jian Pi Yang Wei Fang combined with chemotherapy is an effective method in treating patients after gastric surgery. It can improve the quality of life and alleviate the clinical symptoms, reduce some of the side effects of chemotherapy.
