Curative Effect Observation Of Fractional CO₂ Laser In The Treatment Of Face Atrophic Acne Scar

Objective:The objective is to use the way of combining Fractional CO2 Laser and Centella Triterpenes Cream to treat face atrophic acne scar, and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combining treatment way. Master the clinical indications and applications of Fractional Laser. Want to be able to seek a safe, effective and suitable for promotion way in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Methods:40 patients were selected from December 2009 to March 2011 in Dermatology Clinic of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM,40 patients were randomly divided into two groups,The combined of fractional CO2 Laser and Centella Triterpenes Cream is as treatment group, a single fractional CO2 Laser group is as the control group,20 patients in each group, Treatment once every two months, twice is as a course of treatment. Follow the ECCA score sheet weight, according to the traits of acne scars and intensity of the weights score, observed changes in the two treated lesions, and to score and record the treatment and treatment of adverse reactions which occurred after and duration thus making evaluation of efficacy and safety evaluation.Results:1. The effectiveness of Treatment group is 75%,the control group is 65%, with similar efficiency, no statistically significant (P=0.490> 0.05);2.Delays of working time of the treatment group was 7.89±3.39 days, Delays of working time of the control group was 10.58±3.90 days, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.It is statistically significant (P=0.03<0.05);3. Regardless of treatment group or control group, The effectiveness with two times treatment is better than the effectiveness with two times treatment.4. The common untoward effect which discovered in the course of treatment include:redness, burning, mild pain, the probability is 100%; The rare untoward effect include:Pigmentation 1 example, durable blood flushes 1 example, infectious pus blister 3 examples. The serious untoward effect is not seen.Conclusion:The study confirmed the way of combining Fractional CO2 Laser and Centella Triterpenes Cream to treat face atrophic acne scar is effective.The clinical efficacy is Similar to the single Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, but the delays of working time is shortened in the treatment group.No serious adverse reflection of the two groups. This shows that the Fractional C02 Laser in the treatment of atrophic acne scars is safe and effective.The Centella Triterpenes Cream can effectively reduce the delays of working time,It is worth promoting.
