Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To observe the acupuncture therapy and Buyang Huanwu Tang impact on reconvalescent of cerebral infarction with hyperhomocysteinemia and neurologic impairment. provide a widening treatment methods and raise the curative effect. Methods:To select 135 reconvalescent of cerebral infarction (qi xu xue yu type) with hyperhomocysteinemia, according to the admission time, they were divided into acupuncture and herb group, herb group and commom treatment group.Every group include 45 cases. The commom treatment group including improve cerebral blood circulation, Anti-platelet aggregation, improve cerebral metabolism, hypotensive, hypolipemic. The herb group add herb on the commom treatment group:huangqi30g chishaolOg, chuanxionglOg, dangguiwei 1 Og, dilongganl2g, taorenlOg, honghua6g,dansen20g,shuizhi6g,jixueteng30g,addition or subtraction of changes, lji/day, dococt medicinal herbs with water 2 time/day.The acupuncture and herb group add acupuncture of the point of baihui, sishencong, jianyu, quchi, waiguan, hegu, xuehai, zusanli, yanglingquan, fenglong, sanyinjiao, jiexi, taichong. Method of operation:Disinfect the point, use HuaTuo 30 Type 1~1.5 cun needles, acupucture the point, retaining needles for reinforcing and rduding for 30min, manipulating needles to promote acu-esthesia every 15min.1 time/day, 5times/week.Three groups Continue treatment or for a month. Before and after 2 weeks and 1 month, use two-step enzymic reaction detection assay of plasma homocysteine levelsResults:1. The degree of homocysteine of acupuncture and herb group, herb group and commom treatment group1.1 Three groups all degrade the degree of homocysteine. Before treatment three groups had no significantly different (p>0.05), After 2 weeks or 1 month treatment, commom treatment group had no different (p>0.05), the herb group and acupuncture and herb group had significantly different(P<0.01) 1.2 acupuncture and herb group has obviously cut down the degree of homocysteine than other two groups.Acupuncture and herb group and herb group had significantly different after 2weeks and 1 month treatment than commom treatment group (p<0.01),and the acupuncture and herb group was significantly lower than the herb group.(p<0.01).2 The degree of NHISS of acupuncture and herb group, herb group and commom treatment group2.1 Three groups all improve the degree of NIHSS.In three groups, the degree of NIHSS had no significantly different (p>0.05)before treatment, after 2 weeks or 1 month treatment, every group improve the degree of NIHSS,(p<0.01,p<0.01,p<0.05), every groups improve neurological function of the reconvalescent of cerebral infarction.2.2 acupuncture and herb group have obviously improve neurological function of the reconvalescent of cerebral infarction.Three groups all decrease neurologic impairment of the reconvalescent of cerebral infarction.but, the herb group is superior to commom treatment group, the acupuncture and herb group is superior to the herb group.3 the Positive correlation of HHcy and NHISSIn the three groups, The HHcy were positively correlated with NHISS (p<0.01)Conclusion:1 The acupuncture and herb treatment, and herb treatment cut down the degree of homocysteine of the reconvalescent of cerebral infarction.2 acupuncture and herb group, herb group and commom treatment group all improve the degree of NIHSS and the patient's neurological function and quality of life. Especially in the acupuncture and herb group3 there has Positive correlation of HHcy and NHISS of the reconvalescent of cerebral infarction.4 The acupuncture and herb treatment is a good treatment method of the reconvalescent of cerebral infarction with HHcy.
